I bought this book to hopefully help my toddler learn some another method to calm their body. I expect it will take them a while to learn, but I am positive they will stay engaged because of the great approach to teaching tapping, the engaging illustrations, and it was a delightful surprise to discover that one of the characters has the same name as my kid, which is a rarity and totally thrilling to them!

This is a wonderful book. Great for all ages and abilities. The animal references help even the youngest remember the tapping points. They can share this therapy with their friends.

This simple story captivated our 5 year old son. It was easy for him to relate to and the animal analogies really helped all of us to remember the sequence of the tapping. We have only had this book for 2 weeks and already we have seen our son tapping quietly to himself. We are really delighted at how it has captivated him and that over time this will become a wonderful resource for him to manage difficult feelings or experiences and to find a gentle and loving way to process them. The illustrations are lovely and it has become a bedtime favourite.

My daughter loves this but I wish it came as a board book because of her age, I’m afraid she will tear it up.

Wanted to introduce my grandkids to tapping and this book is great. The seller was accurate in the condition of the book, too. I am pleased.

This book is great! The way it introduces tapping is phenomenal! We say positive affirmations when we tap like, "I am safe," but I love that this book makes the tapping easy to remember where to tap! I would suggest it to any tapping parent who wants to teach their littles to tap as well!

Great for kids and also for parents! Easy to read, it is a great tool to give them to deal with daily stuff and difficult situations, in a fun way. Love the tips for parents, this is a book for all family members. A must have book!And for those who complains about the "magic" though the book, I respect their opinion and I hope they don't tell stories about Santa Claus or Tooth Fairy, right? LOL That's the beauty of children, they believe in magic, they enjoy dreaming and creating. We should re-learn from them that. Magic will not harm them, and could bring us some fresh air in our screw-up adulthood.

I bought this book for two different grandchildren. One was having trouble sleeping and one was just anxious .They both loved the book and it helped.

I bought this for my young daughter who absolutely loved the story. We have started doing tapping together after reading the story. Wonderful for young children.

In this way they get a powerful tool to manage their emotions and difficult situations.

I am so incredibly pleased with this beautiful book, that I have bought a copy for both of my granddaughters.Both of them will need a clear and concise way to deal with emotions in the future, to enable them to lead healthy lives, and having had such a positive outcome with EFT myself, I feel it appropriate for them to use the same techniques, but in a way they understand. The books are bright and lively, but very clear and concise!
