This sword is heavy, beautiful, and sharp. I wish it came with a sharpening stone or something. Anyway, I love it!

It is truly a beautiful present. My son will be shocked to receive this for Christmas. It is stunning.

I'm afraid to use it recreationally, as it's just such a beautiful weapon. I have only practiced my finesse and discipline with the sword, so far, and have been exceedingly pleased with the item, although the pommel did come loose immediately, and the blade could be sharpened better, at the possible cost of ruining the look. Quite seriously, I purchased this for security on my property at night, while I walk my dog. This is the absolute best cheap sword I have ever owned, and the most beautiful of ALL the swords I have ever seen, including those in museums. There are more interesting Damascus patterns I'd have chosen for the blade, but I didn't make the sword, and different patterns are more labor-intensive.
