brand new out the box plugged it in USB's work but the USB C ports are dead. do not buy. update got an email from venom they say they know the product does not work with curtain items so it does not work for my PSVR2. again do NOT waste your money on these products. hope this saves people there time and money 👍

Love the concept. However, like I've read in a few reviews, there is definitely an issue with the c type ports not working. Fix that issue and this is a 5 star product.

Bis jetzt alles wie beschrieben, eine externe Festplatte ist nur 1 möglich anzuschließen....steht aber auch in der Beschreibung;D ansonsten venom ist venom gute Produkte.
