Love this product. It's easy and delicate with my natural hair. I've been natural for almost 2 years now and love this product, decided to buy the bigger size and in Combo which is more economical. I literally feel the cleaness and smell is awesome and leave in conditioner is perfect for after wash it put some on and comb hair easily. Do recommen.

Best hair product I’ve ever used. I will never use anything else. My hair was thinning and dry for years and I tried EVERYTHING with no success. This product moisturizes, plumps, softens without making it greasy, stops breakage and in a couple months my hair actually started growing back which I had given up hope. I also used the related product oil treatment. I highly recommend, especially for dry, brittle, breaking and thinning hair.

This combo leaves hair soft, shiny, and well-moisturized. The scent is nice and it really helps reduce breakage over time. A great set for maintaining healthy hair

My wife has been using this product for years and despite the grumblings from others, she finds this product has maintained its quality and realistically changed very little. Most of the ingredient changes people note are only name changes from the common name to the more scientific reference name and using products more suitable for mass larger production. But it's still the same good natural products that works to make/keep hair healthy. Something my wife has noted; many people complain about the shampoo drying out and stripping hair. The shampoo is a CLEANSING formula, meaning it is meant to clean up buildup and gunk allowing a clean slate of sorts. It should not be used on a regular bases and really isn't meant to place any additional moisture in the hair. In fact most shampoos will simply clean and unless you go out of your way to add and lock in nutrients your hair will probably become brittle and damaged. This is why the conditioners come in handy and these ones are the best for adding those nutrients and help promote growth.

The only downside to this product is that the smell is poopy but you can tell that they’ve worked a lot on the formula to make it smell better. When you first smell it, it almost smells like sugar cookie and it’s really good. Castor oil just has a funky fragrance so it lingers after and can be a turn off, but: I’ve had thin/fine hair my whole life. I essentially gave up and decided to accept my near-bald status in life because, after I had two back-to-back pregnancies, I had postpartum hair loss twice in a row and now most of my hair fell out. It’s all in weird segments, the growth is one length in some areas and it’s just awful. Since my most recent birth, it’s grown to bang-level, so I have bangs that hit right below my eyebrow but it’s my entire head, mixed in with different length hair. I have the worst possible hair situation going on, on top of having nearly no hair to begin with, and this stuff WORKS! Omg!! I started using it about 2 weeks ago. My hair has grown, it does tame down so much better, and my curl is coming back. That’s not the best part. My hair is THICKER. I mean I actually have more hair on top of my head than I ever have and now I just have to wait for it to grow! I know it’s not just wishful thinking because the strands of hair that fall from my head are STRONG!! Usually they’re really brittle and easy to break, and even when I go all out and use hair masks and keep up on damage control, it’s still so fine that it takes nothing to snap it. Not so much now! Now, you actually have to put some effort in to break these things 😂 I’ve used the hair mask twice and I use the shampoo/conditioner each time I shower. I don’t care about the smell at all 😅 it’s kinda grown on me to be honest. It’s worth it! But two! Buy three! Cannot recommend enough!

Over the last few years I have developed extremely brittle, weak hair. Every time I brush it or comb it, no matter how or when I do it, or with what brush or comb that is designed to not break the hair, many, many little pieces break off. My hair grows, but never gets longer due to the breakage. It's also gotten frizzy (probably due to the breakage) and dull. I've tried many products from over the counter and nothing has worked to help with these problems. I have used the shampoo and conditioner four or five times now, and the leave-in conditioner three times. My hair has already improved. It's less frizzy and I'm cautiously optimistic and carefully watching to see that it is stronger and breaking less. The products are all thinner than anything else I've used. *The shampoo is brownish black in color It lathers nicely and has a faint, pleasant aroma (as do the conditioners). *The conditioner is unlike regular conditioners that are thick and feel like I've put a thick lotion on my hair and take forever to rinse away. When this is applied to the hair I can barely tell I've put anything on/in my hair, and it rinses out easily, *The leave-in conditioner is like a thin lotion--thicker than the other products, but still thin. I applied too much of it the first two times and my hair felt greasy and heavy and did not ever feel dry. I didn't mind much, because I was hoping it would help heal and repair my damaged hair. I used the proper amount last night and woke up this morning to soft, smooth, shiny hair that looks and feels wonderful! I love it!

The leave in conditioner is so good! I'm yet to use others.

Superb products.. Only the conditioner n shampoo had leaked a bit during transportation..

Living in Germany and finding products for black women can be difficult. I am glad I found these. My hair smells amazing and it is very soft. I definitely recommend. Everything was well packaged. I will order again soon!

Esta gama es genial pero desgraciadamente no volveré a comprar a este vendedor. No devuelvo el producto porque necesito el acondicionador y el Leave-in pero el champú que se suponía era de 16 oz/473 ml ha venido de 13 oz/384 ml. Está sellado herméticamente (menos mal) pero el producto está podrido. Hay demasiada separación de ingredientes que NO deberia estar ocurriendo en el producto, lo sé porque he comprado este champú durante años y jamás se ve así. Estoy muy decepcionada, porque no ha sido barato y ahora encima tengo que comprar otro champú a parte. No volveré a comprar de este vendedor.

I bought this as I thought the shampoo and conditioner were “bonus size” as shown in the picture (I’ve previously bought the bonus size shampoo) be careful as the size in the description is smaller than the size in the photo.
