I used this in my kitchen on my white, ceramic tile floor that is slightly textured, and had become very dingy, especially in high traffic areas. I used the stronger dilution suggested in the label. The chemical smell is not strong. I simply dipped a regular broom into the liquid, then wiped it around in sections. With an electric spin brush to scrub, this took off far more dirt than I even realized was there! I am so pleased with the results. Please take the instruction to rinse well seriously. I rinsed and rinsed and rinsed in order to get all of that dirty chemical solution off the floor. You may want to mix a small amount to start. I wasted most of it by mixing the full bottle.

i am so happy i found this stuff, we recently put in matte white tile in our bathroom and it was IMPOSSIBLE to get clean. i would scrub for hours repeatedly and still the stains were there, but after using this stuff and barely even scrubbing the stains were almost totally gone!!! would definitely recommend this stuff to anyone with matte tiles, cleaning the floor was basically effortless and the results are amazing. fumes were a bit crazy, i definitely recommend running the fan or opening the door and window the whole time.

Here’s a before and after! I have three big dogs and a big backyard that turns to mud in the winter so I was really worried about my new pool deck and being able to keep it looking nice. I tested this product out on one square of my new porcelain pavers, and after an easy scrub, it looked like new so I am super excited about this product.

I did not like this product, it did not fulfill its function, it did not remove or get rid of stains, and I was disappointed with its size.

I used a different brand to clean our 15x25' outdoor patio and I couldn't get a few of the stains from dripping juice, etc. We use the patio a lot more now because we can safely entertain there. I think the stains were from olive oil and juice from steak or burgers. In any event, this product worked much better on the stubborn stains. Double thumbs up!
