I’ve tried valerian root melatonin, Benadryl and combinations of all of that. It either works too good and I’m groggy in the morning or doesn’t work at all or taste horrible. This is very simple. Put a pad on you an hour before you go to bed. I slept completely throughout the night and woke up, feeling refreshed instead of drowsy.

Unfortunately, this product did not work for me. I tried switching up the location of where I used the patch, but it still did not make a difference for me.

I use a patch (sometimes two if I’m having a difficult time) along with CBD gummie for sleep and the combination works really great. If I do this, I don’t wake up at five every morning, unable to go back to sleep.

I am satisfied with this product had a great sleep.

The first 2 nights this had no effect. I had put on an extra patch then it worked but it took over an hour before I was tired. Maybe because I'm 6'4 weigh 250... large size human so needed extra dose. It helped me sleep a little bit but it's not magic, there wasn't any life changing difference in my sleep

Updated: Tried patch last night; worked as well as others I've tried; no problem keeping it on or getting it off of the sheet; smells nice; package not resealable, so had to put opened package in a plastic bag to keep it fresh.The seller reached out to me and offered a refund on the product that I received that was made in PRC and mistakenly sent by Amazon. I now have patches in a blue package (not teal) made in USA as advertised. Omni Global Labs was very good about contacting me about the problem and issued a refund. I am very pleased with the customer service. I have not tried the patches yet, but will review them when I do.

I love these patches! I normally have to take valerian root and melatonin pills, plus drink chamomile tea, so it's great that those patches have all those plus l-theanine and 5-HTP! You can put it on anywhere and it's easy to take off. I definitely prefer these patches over taking all those pills and drinking tea.
