I sat down to check out a few of the recipes and ended up reading the whole book. Besides the recipes, the information in the book really helped to understand the importance of nutrition while battling cancer.

Arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately, some of the tips in this book are too generic. Depending on the type of cancer, some survivors are encouraged to steer clear from antioxidants during treatment, they counteract the efficacy of the drugs.These recipes sound delicious and I am hopeful they will start the healthy, clean eating path.

Nobody really tells you how to deal with the care and feeding of a cancer patient. You are told to eat more of this and avoid that, but no real specifics are ever given. This cookbook supplies the information and recipes needed to help someone fighting cancer. I bought the book because my sibling had been diagnosed with cancer and has had chemo sessions. Trying to plan meals that are healthy, healing and tasty , with the necessary foods and ingredients was confusing and , at times, daunting. I needed more info and inspiration. I am glad I found this cookbook. Recipes are easy , nutritious and not boring.I am blessed to be able to help my sibling and I am enjoying preparing the meals

This cookbook is so exciting as a caregiver. It feels sometimes that less attention is paid to an appealing diet over medical staff simply suggesting getting food any food down. But I’m a believer that when promoting healing and battling disease good food is integral too wellbeing. This book not only has interesting recipes, but lots of the recipes contained ingredients I already had in the pantry. And! There’s an identification of the symptoms the recipe helps with. So thankful for this resource.

Food is easy to prepare and delicious. My girlfriend loves what I make for her .
