The rack is easy to assemble as it comes flat packed.unfortunately mine arrived damaged.I didn’t send it back I just glued it as it took a while for delivery.otherwise it looks nice and houses the cues and balls nicely

Not oak colour - orange pine colour! Paid extra for this due to colour and hard wood.. was a cheap not premium hard wood and orange not oak Returned for refund!

It is a nice pool cue holder. However, the clips that hold the pool stick have cracked. Wonder how to obtain replacement pieces for this unit? UPDATE: The Seller sent additional clips at no charge. Seller also gave me a few extra in the event others crack. I am happy with this seller and product and would recommend that you buy!

It’s a solid rack, however, a few small issues. First, if the expectation is that the rack should be mounted on studs, then the mounting homes should be designed and placed 16” on center (which is typical for studs). This is not the case for this rack, so that means it’s virtually impossible to mount on two studs. Second, this was billed as an “oak” color, but the wood was actually more orange, more like a beech wood, which means this rack did not really match as I had hoped. Otherwise, it is a decent size, and does hold all of the balls and cues I need it to hold. It’s fine, but not great.
