My family loves loves loves this waffle mix! The mochi texture is a game-changer – soft inside, crispy outside. Quick to make, and the flavor is spot-on.

I followed instructions on the back, 1.5 cup of mix, made about 8 small pieces. There's still a little bit of the mix left, but hard to portion with partial egg 😅. It was very tasty though.Subtract one star for being pricey and the bag being portioned weirdly. Should be 3 cups of mix, so that you can make 2 whole batches.

It’s decent if you have a waffle craving. The texture wasn’t all there like mochi. But as a waffle it works. The mixing was easy, requires egg, milk and oil. Probably flavoring if vanilla is around. Otherwise, it’s pretty bland. The batter is thick and made 2 big waffle per serving. I might only have enough to make 2 or 3 more left.

Awesome flavor and was super to make. I like how it's not too sweet and flavorful!

So good only downfall is not a lot of batter mix
