Works better than expected for Halloween decoration!
I bought this to project a Halloween "decoration video" onto some sheer window curtains to make it look like ghosts were in the house. I used to use a full size projector, but that was an excessively bulky setup and required a laptop to be hooked up. This little projector is super compact and I can play the MP4 video file directly from a USB drive. The whole setup now only takes up a tiny bit of room on a shelf and is easy to turn on every evening. I was surprised how bright this projector is for the price and size. Of course it doesn't compare at all to a full size projector in terms of brightness with the lights on, but with the lights off or dim, it's pretty good. The photo I posted is from outside with a street lamp nearby and looks exactly like that in real life. I'm also using this projector to display across two windows about 4 feet apart (whole projection is about 8 feet wide) so it would be even brighter when zoomed to just a single window. The resolution is true 720p and perfect for my purpose. Also the optical keystone correction is very convenient to square up the image, making projector placement a lot less critical.

Great little projector for the price
It’s all about expectations. If I had paid $450 for this projector, would I be happy with it? Absolutely not! But I only paid about a tenth of that, so I’m willing to overlook a couple flaws. Sound is good, picture is decent, and it’s relatively quiet. That said, it’s impossible to get focused across the entire picture if you are using any of the keystone correction, because you are just manually moving the mirror to square the corners. When using keystone. To avoid this problem, you have to mount it in such a way that the lense is straight on, which would basically put it right by your head. At that close range, you will notice a lot more noise, as well as heat coming from the left aide of the unit. Kind of a catch-22, so you have to decide which is more important. We’re using it in an RV in order to get a large-screen TV experience without the weight and bulkiness, and it works great for that! We just hook up the FireStick and we can watch just about anything. If you want to watch DVD’s and/or any other HDMI source, you will need a switcher device of some sort. Sure, you can plug/unplug in order to switch sources, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Plugs and sockets can wear out quickly when you do that. (Trust me, we have an older TV that had this happen, so one of the ports is unusable now.)The other issue is one that I think others complained about, that dust collects between the lense & mirror, and it is definitely noticeable on the screen. Other than those things, this is a great little gadget at a low-risk price.

Small but mighty
I am satisfied with this projector. I debated spending more money on a name brand, but I’m happy I went with this one. All you need is a smart device to connect and boom, its movie theater vibes. The sound is good and the picture is sharp. You can adjust it to your liking and it’s easy to use.

It works well enough, not loud at all no matter what.
It's decently bright considering the size of it, I can still see it pretty alright with the living room curtain open. Looks pretty good actually when it's dark, but the sound from it is incredibly quiet no matter what you put it through. I plugged it in directly to a soundbar and with everything at max volume it's still barely audible from ~15ft.No kind of wireless connectivity, but you can plug a firestick into it and it works fine so I guess there's that. It's kind of Meh.

It was a Smart purchase
It’s small and works very well, I normally pair it with my echo show for better audio quality. It was worth the price, actually i think it’s a very good price, and most important of all it was easy to connectThe image quality is ok and you can adjust the colors and the brightness.

eh
Works all right for a while. but the hdmi cable is not very strong quality, and it broke. So I had to buy a new one, even after just using the projector for a few months total. There is also an error with this projector that I cannot control a lot of the menu options when i try to click the machine buttons. What really drove me to write this review is that it has officially been two months today since I initially reached out to YOTON customer support via email as instructed on their product page. The seller eventually got back to me but now I have been waiting a month since my most recent email response to them, and I still have gotten no response even after trying to follow up with them in the mean time.A projector is such an amazing invention and a privilege to have, but when there are faults in the product and it leads to a malfunction, it's extremely frustrating to not receive help to either fix it, be refunded, or have a new one sent out.I have already had to pay for the replacement of the HDMI cable, but now I can't even hit items on the menu with the buttons as it doesn't work even though I'm following the instructions properly. It seems like so many people are having these problems on Amazon, purchasing items. from brands that don't have proper customer support. And then the items break down, especially once it's passed the return date. I understand why people are moving over to sites like temu. When the product isn't a big name with well known proper customer service, it's less of a risk to purchase it elsewhere than on Amazon where you have to pay a monthly fee and the items are often two or three times as much as it would be on places like temu. bummer
