UPDATE: Three days after this review was posted, the seller contacted me with a friendly message including tracking info for a replacement cable coming my way. I may update my product review after the new cable arrives, but for now I'm satisfied that the seller is a sincere fellow who believes in his product and business model. Full marks to NinjaMuso for ensuring a good customer experience before I'd even requested a replacement.ORIGINAL REVIEW: The 20' Rig Ninja blue tweed cable looks and feels like a quality item. It's handsome and supple, and the included Velcro straps make coiling and stowing it a breeze. However, the sound cuts out frequently when the cable is moved. No pops or humming, just silence, and not from moving the cable near the plug ends--the fault is somewhere in the main run.My stash of guitar cables consists primarily of bulletproof DiMarzio cables and "good enough" Fender Performance Series cables that initially sound great but can exhibit durability issues over time. I hoped the Rig Ninja cable would fall somewhere between the two in price vs. performance, but the one I received isn't usable at all. I will probably just throw it out and keep the Velcro straps.A single cable constitutes a very small sample size. Your experience might be the opposite of mine, and judging from the number of positive reviews it probably will be. Take my review with a grain of salt, but I will not recommend a product that didn't work for me.

I really like this cable so far. It just feels good in your hands, you know what I mean. Nice gold ends. Nice Braiding takes me back to Lenny and the Squigtones… Low noise. I like that it comes with Velcro bands, so when you roll it up, you can keep it rolled up. I will probably buy another one. In love with it so far, will update if anything changes. The quality and workmanship seem to stand out in a day and age where you get a lot of "prideless junk" for your hard earned dollars. They worried me to death making sure I got my cable and was happy with it, that says a lot as well

I bought this cable expecting that it would be better quality than my previous, cheaper cables.I used it for just shy of two months & it just stopped working!!!I am frustrated & disappointed.You just have to be more skeptical with the claims these companies make about their products. *** Important Update ***Almost as soon as my review was posted, I was contacted by a representative of "Rig Ninja" vowing to correct the situation.And within just a few days, a brand new cable that works well showed up at my door!!!Thank you to Mr. Rod Marshall for representing the company with integrity.

Just received this cable a few days ago; played through it for about an hour or so.The cable appears well-constructed, nice and heavy and it "lays out" well. No noticeable noise, sounds clean ...The only thing that remains to be seen is durability ... so if it fails in that area I will update this review.As of now, I am quite happy with this cable.

I purchased this beautiful blue guitar cable for my son, Kaige, as a Xmas gift to accompany his new BLUE Ovation acoustic guitar; its color compliments his guitar perfectly.He absolutely loves the clean, crisp sound reproduction, the appeal of the color match, and the smoothness of the cable’s high quality cover-wrap, which assists in knot and kink resistance.I also purchased a standard Fender guitar cable, as a backup, but Kaige only uses his blue Rig Ninja Guitar Cable...it’s perfect!

Pros:This cable looks spectacular, blue tweed jacket is cool, prevents crimping, and nice looking gold terminals.Cons:I have to continually screw the terminal down before each use, and recently noticed slightly less volume via direct A/B comparison with a 10' GLS Audio cable (yellow tweed).I didn't think 10' to 25' would make much difference despite being unbalanced, but can't attribute it to anything else. I thought maybe a loose connection inside but it doesn't crackle like I'd expect.I'm reserving judgment until I use this 25' Rig Ninja more and will update accordingly.

Came in perfect shape just pictured. I needed different colored cords so I can easily identify on my mixer and the 90 degree connector to plug in the mixer keeps the cords neat and down low like I wanted. Quality is 1st class and is completely quiet. Great for my studio for DI work.They need a few other tweed colors like red, green and gold as a suggestion. Need a good tangle free cord? This is a no brainer!

I bought this for my boyfriend who is an avid guitar player. His old one was breaking down in sound quality so I purchased this one. So far it has been working nicely and has great tone and sound quality. Glad I purchased this!
