Worst engineered product on the market. The motor is simple and straightforward forward to install. However the layout and design of the circuit board makes it is nearly impossible to install. You would need tiny infant hands and a molecular shrinking device to have any shot in hell at hooking this up as specified. The ribbon to the cover plate fits in either direction, so 50/50 shot that is wrong. Truth recommends a 14 ga. Wire for the motor but the clips are made for telephone wire, no way that will fit. Then they are so close together it guarantees a short, possibly a fire. There will be a lawsuit at some point when this thing is found at fault. Buy anything else, save yourself the headache and 10 hours of install time per unit. WORST ENGINEERED CIRCUIT BOARD AVAILABLE.
