I have been taking this product for about a month and plan to continue on with it. I've found it to help keep my weight stable on it's own but when added to the green coffee bean (also by this company) it has helped me drop some pounds without doing anything different. I have read that respberry ketones work best in conjunction with an exercise program so I am planning to start one and hopefully kick things up even more. I'll definitely be ordering more when I run out!Edited to update: I am now using this along with the coffee bean extract and am still very happy with both. I have yet to get back into exercising and my diet has gone to hell but even with all the junk I haven't gained an ounce. I am not sure there is such thing as a magic pill but that said I'm not going to chance stopping it either. Ordering another bottle!

After a surgery, I was having weird cravings and had started to put on weight. I decided I needed a little help to redirect myself, so I thought I'd try RK since it seemed pretty safe. I am taking 2 capsules first thing in the morning, and 2 more about an hour after lunch. Definitely make me feel warm...I guess that's thermogenic. And after a few days I began to see a change in my weight. I've dropped approx. 3 lbs this first week (and I am not terribly heavy to begin with, so that's from 138 down to 135 - a 2% drop in body weight). I eat well and exercise almost daily, but such a drop in weight is unusual for me, and appreciated. I wouldn't classify RK as some sort of miracle (and note: I am taking double the dose) but it does seem to add a little something to the fat-loss mix.

Wow - this actually appears to be working... I'm still not believing it myself but have just purchased my 2nd bottle and down about 11 pounds.... I started using this product in August when I noticed my pants were too tight in the waist and I finally let myself admit I had put on about 12-15 pounds over the last 3 years. I followed the directions and took one pill before breakfast and one before dinner. I really noticed it curbed my appetite as I have ALWAYS been hungry on diets before. However, unlike fat burners I tried when I was younger, this product does NOT make me feel jittery, agitated, or sleepless. I didn't feel "wired"... and I think it is working.Normally, I am much more concrete with my confidence level on all matters , but this stuff is subtle. I do believe it works, otherwise I wouldn't keep buying it. What I have really noticed is my body fat seems to have gone down. I haven't changed my eating habits and I love to eat. Granted, I am very fit and in no way 'fat', but the slightest shift in my lean body mass or fat percentage is huge. After the first bottle, all of my pants and shorts seem to be loser, I am much more vascular throughout my body, and I am more muscularly defined everywhere. It's a little crazy since I eat like a horse, but I am definitely pleased with the product. Again, it's subtle.
