This watch case came in & it looked really sharp when I pulled it out of the packaging. I think it looks even better when you actually grab it, and hold it in your hand, even though the pictures are good.The box is pretty solid overall, with a tiny key to lock it. it is nice, particularly if you are traveling, because I can lock it and leave it in my luggage or hotel safe with a least a "little" sense of security from a "5-Finger discount shoppers" out there. It's not too big so it fits in my luggage easily, and that way, I can bring more than one watch like I do, in order to accessorize properly with the attire I like to wear.Currently, I have 5 watches in this case, and all fit snug, but enough room for spacing between each watch.Four of the five are wrist watches & one is a pocket watch. All fit great, and with the nice felt interior and the half circle pillows to wrap the watches around, it is easy & convenient. There is also an orange microfiber cleaning cloth included, to wipe your watches of any smudges as well.Overall, I like this product. Sturdy, sleek, and fits everything nice. If you're a person who knows for sure you'll be buying more than 6 watches in the future, then buy a larger case. It is a good recommendation on my end.

This is a nice product and is well-made. The white contrast stitching stands-out proudly against the black background. The case back has a pocket to fit extra watch band links. The box will NOT; however, fit six large men's watches. I can fit six medium-sized men's watches in the box. Six large watches (over 40 millimeters) is too much and will not fit without difficulty closing the case. This is a product you will want to store your medium-sized watches out of the way and not in plain sight. The pillows are on the large side making it slightly difficult to fit your watch bands over them. Hence, a four star rating. I'd like to see this product come with smaller pillows to make it easier to put watch bands around them.Purchased a second box with the red stitching and different black box pattern rather than the white stitching and like it better. Same functionality; just better looking. Still rate four stars because the pillows are too big.

I bet you're looking at this item because (1) you're on a budget (who's not?) and/or (2) you're tight on space. In my case it's both. I would have preferred to get a rectangular model with a clear lid but then the box would have been just a tad too big. This one holds the same number of watches (actually, maybe 1 more) in a very compact space. The box contains 6 pillows inside 6 divided boxes so you could remove a pillow if you wanted to store cufflinks or something. The "carbon fiber" covering is nicely masculine but I noticed it was just slightly askew when glued on. No big since I know he won't notice. The only real negative thing is the lock which I found difficult to operate when testing. I'm talking about the release mechanism, not the locking ability. I mean, really, the lock will keep out only the most casual of snoopers (but that's to be expected at this price point) so I didn't even test that.

This box is perfect for starting a watch collection, which is something that I'm doing right now. The box is really well made, sturdy and seems to hold up well. I mainly bought this to keep my watches out of sight of people walking into my room, as before they were stored in the box they came in with the brand name for the whole world to see. My watches that I own are mid range but very expensive for most people to spend the money that they are worth.It will hold six watches, big or small the only problem being if the band of the watch is really wide it wont secure well to the pillow that holds it.My only gripe is, that this seems just like a generic box with no brand name, it is made in china. It's no big deal, but only time will tell if it will last for say twenty years. Another thing, the lock will probably give out soon or a later it does not seem to be of high quality. If you are starting a collection like me, this is a good way to start by getting this watch case.

I own a few of these because they are the perfect blend of a luxurious display box for watches, but is also comfortable enough to move and mobilize, and the padding and structure allow for enough protection for your valuable watches when on the move.

I bought this since my watch collection outgrew my first watch case. My issue with this one is that the top doesn't stay up by itself when you open it. It falls down immediately. I tried cutting the fabric that holds the lid to see if that would help but it still falls down immediately. I have to hold it open while getting my watches out, which is somewhat annoying. A metal hinge would fix the problem I think.The other issue I have with it is the clearance when closed. I have my smaller face watches in it, around 40-42 mm, and they still hit the top when it closes. I can still close the case, but it has to push the watches down, or push into the fabric "pocket" to close. Knowing what I know now, I would probably spend a little extra and get a different type of case.

Surprisingly well made from what I have seen so far. Everything looks glued down well and where it should be, does not feel like a cheap chinese product in my opinion. I have not used the key but the lid snaps closed well enough. Quality of the materials is nice, I would recommend.

I was very surprised with the quality of this watch case. Bought it for my boyfriend as he has a number of watches and has them all over the place. I could not believe the quality of this case. I honestly wasn't expecting much seeing as the price was so low (only $30) and had intentions of getting a better one in the near future. But this case is magnificent. Stylish and refined in a subtle kind of way. I think this is a great gift for watch aficionados and it really is a truly beautiful (but very manly) case. I definitely recommend this product and at the price, you can't go wrong.
