Phantom Fit Resistance Loop Bands
A few months ago, I purchased the phantom fit resistance loop bands. When looking at exercise equipment to purchase, I was interested in usability, size, cost, difficulty and durability. As a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer, I have found these bands to be effective and worth the investment for others and myself.Usability: The Phantom Fit bands are simple to use. They are great for anyone looking to gain strength no matter their fitness level as well as for individuals going through physical therapy. I have used the bands around my ankles for lateral side steps and am challenged by them. I have also used them with clients during personal training sessions and have found that clients feel good and tired afterwards. These bands are great because they can be used at the gym and at home. The bands do not come with an instructional pamphlet, but they are easy to figure out and the internet has lots of resources on different ways to use them.Size: The bands are small and lightweight making them very easy to store and transport. They come in a set of four, each with varying resistance. There is a light band, medium band, heavy band, and an extra heavy band. All together they are similar to the length and thickness of a standard spiral notebook.Cost: The Phantom Fit bands cost $12.99, which is a great price for a great product. Compared to other bands on the market that cost upwards of $50, these bands provide just as much benefit for a greater value.Difficulty: The bands vary in difficulty and allow you to gain the strength and muscle definition you want. The bands can be used individually, or doubled up for increased resistance. The difficulty level is what you make it. You can be challenged greatly, or take it easy all depending on how much you choose to stretch the band.Durability: As the bands are used and worn down, their elasticity may not keep. While it’s a great product, it’s one that will need to be replaced. However, the replacement rate may not be frequent, as I have found these bands to be durable.Overall, these resistance bands serve the purpose of providing users with a compact piece of equipment that is easy for everyone to use, yet still challenging for all fitness levels. I hope this review has been helpful to you and that you enjoy the resistance bands!

One of My Favorite Workout Tools!
I love these little bands! I primarily use them if I don't have time to work out with a video, or If I just want to do a 'light' routine in between my days of more intense exercise. The set comes in a nice little carrying bag, with a pamphlet of basic exercises to get you started, and I find them to be quite durable. They will get you sweating even if you are sitting on the couch watching television! I would also recommend these for people who can't lift or can't afford weights, as they can get a great workout from the bands. The handy carrying case makes them extremely portable-I can shove them in my purse if I want, and take them everywhere for a workout on-the-go. They weigh probably less than your cell phone. By hooking the bands to table legs and various parts of your body, you can really get creative with your exercises. If you have bad knees and therefore can't do squats and lunges, these will really help you get a great workout without the pain. Also, just by varying the angle in which you pull the band, you work muscles from different angles too, which trains them better. The Heavy and Xtra-Heavy bands do a great job working out my legs. I use them to do side steps, hamstring curls, tone my glutes, and my inner and outer thighs. The Light and Medium bands really know how to give my arm muscles a burn. I use them to tone my triceps, biceps, back, and shoulders, and if I drop them I don't have to worry about breaking my toe, like I would with a weight. By anchoring one end of the band to my shoulder, it allows my opposite arm to get a good tricep workout. You can also work your abs by lying on the floor and hooking one of the lighter bands to a heavy table leg, and crunching in the opposite direction of the band, holding the free end with your arms over your head.

Great for Glute Activation Exercises
i purchased these because I wanted to vamp up my workout and also include some glute activation exercises before I did bigger and heavier sets. It comes with 4 bands of all different strengths. i am happy to say that the heavy and extra heavy are very thick and resistant, unlike others that I've heard are very low resistance.I use these for a variety of exercises and they definitely make my glutes burn. I more recently started doing some glute activation exercises with these resistance bands before I move up to my bigger exercises such as squats and glute bridges wit the bar. I especially love these for at home when I may not have access to a heavier weights but need a little extra. My only qualm about these is that they do roll up very easily when I do some exercises such as fire hydrants or donkey kicks. Unless I am wearing longer pants, it's almost impossible to get through a set because they hurt so bad. I have been wearing leggings to the gym lately, so it hasn't been an issue.

Impressed
Has taken my bodybuilding game to another level (unexpectedly)! I love using these for deadlifts and squats. Amazing for building glutes, hip mobility, and keeping form in check on compound lifts. Highly recommend. Great price and I love the various resistance levels that I can use for different movements.Update: After 6 mos. of use, two of the bands broke after being used 2-3x a week. I appreciate the low price point and purchased again, but was somewhat surprised that they snapped in this short period of time. I will say, as I mentioned above, that I used them during compound lifts so if you are mainly using them without heavy equipment they may not break down as quickly. These bands remain critically important and I will keep ordering from this seller. Great bands, great customer service.
