These little Chicken broth cubes are excellent and a must have if on Keto. I don't use them daily, but if I'm feeling a bit off especially at night, I'll mix one up. My other "salt drinks" require a lot of water which is not ideal before bed. These are flavorful... I realized after a couple of times that each one is 2g of sodium... oops! However, it's actually best if you haven't had enough sodium during the day.One thing to keep in mind is make sure you a) use super hot water and b) mix quickly. Otherwise, the fat separates and it's a little gross to drink. I have to microwave if I wait. No biggie.I love the Knorr brand and all of the products... for Keto, this one really works well for me... and especially when traveling.These work great for instant chicken broth for cooking too... and you get your Sodium needs met at the same time.

I use this and the beef in cooking alot! The chicken is great for using to flavor greens.i crumble part of a cube into the liquid I cook the greens in. Add the beef into the juices from meat when I'm making gravies.

Love these been using it in my recipes for years. It’s great for soups and stews. Will bring wonderful flavor to any meal.

I couldnt cook without this, but Amazon Fresh always has them at a great price or with coupons. Stock up on them.

Yes my mom makes homemade chicken noodle soup with homemade potato noodles and we use a lot of chicken knorr I highly recommend you getting your stock in !
