I bought these to torture my sub. They work well. They hold her mouth open so she drools down her chin and onto herself. It excites her and it is enjoyable for me to watch. A+

It seems like a great product. Unfortunately, I had to return mine because there were some already missing. It looks like I got one that someone else had first and returned.

Product might be okay but doesn't seem to be very hardy. Okay if patient is awake and calm but if there would be the slightest struggle or resistance, I feel the prop would easily break. I bought these for dental emergencies in survival type situations. Will keep them, but look into purchasing a hardier device. China produced these.

I'm giving a 1-star review for false and misinformation given in the product description. The product is described as adult sized. This product is clearly child sized. See picture attached. The larger bottom piece came with the game "speak out" while the tiny piece on top came in the package of this purchase. I will keep becuase they fit my 5 year old and now she can play with us but I will have to look for the larger version to purchase now.

Item as described. Other reviews stated the mouthpieces were a different size. Mine were very close to the size of the original speak out mouthpieces.

Worked perfectly for family game

Luckily it was a large amount of them. We were short of 20, and 3 of them broke in half. A lot of fun though. It's great to have extras when playing any of these speak out(mouth guard) games. The mouth pieces worked for all of our family. Age 7-60.
