Non-movable tiles
My 14month old received this book and “Fly!“ At the same time. After experiencing Fly, we came to this book and she was sorely frustrated that none of the raised shapes were movable as in Fly.. I think even if she hadn’t read fly, she would have tried to move the raised tiles and become frustrated that they were stuck on the pages. I think this book could have easily been designed more interactive. Maybe when she is older she will be more open-minded towards the book. Also it is not a story, but pages with different types of homes and key words.

Maybe a little scary?
I love these books, but there's two pages that might be a little scary for a small child. (wolf and haunted house) I'm going to return it...

Meh
I had higher hopes for this. My 18 mo old didn’t find it all that interesting. The illustrations are well done but the touching sensory part is a little lacking.

Love it
I just love Xavier Deneux's illustration and design. So good! I have all the books in this series.

Meh
The lack of text makes it less interesting for a book to "read" to a baby.

Beautiful book
This book is beyond wonderful, the pictures are simple and beautiful and inspire endless discussion between my son and me. The author is a great artist and has obviously put a great deal of thought into the words chosen on each page.

Fantastic
These are fabulous books! My little girl loves them! They also give words on the pages that help describe the picture.. Great for sleep deprived mummies with baby brain!!
