First off, it needs more welds to keep it together. The top C channel was only welded at the ends and has bent a good 5mm as shown in the pics.2nd problem, the jack stopped working. I checked the fluid and it was a little low but filling it didn't help. It seems as the release bolt is made from soft metal and has deformed, thus not sealing properly letting fluid leak past and does not raise the jack no matter how tight the screw is, it just won't work. Great design but very poor workmanship. But then I didn't expect much for $195.... I'll be buying a quality jack after having the frame welded properly.

The media could not be loaded. I’m so mad they are supposed to resolve issues in three days this was received dropped over a six foot fence into my yard and was damaged and bent as well as water damage. I finally got so upset I let it dry out and tried to use it and it started on fire. When I took it to ship it smelt so bad like burnt plastic the post office said it was hazardous fire savage and needed a extra fee to ship it in something that’s not going to let it smell up everywhere it goes like burnt plastic. It smells that strong the whole unit was smoking from the display and the cover melted into my carpet. They haven’t responded in days and I can’t get a refund if no one will ship this it’sa nuisance with the smell it’s emitting from burnt electronics inside of it. I want a replacement sent to me or the money refunded to my Amazon account so I can order another one. Why are they leaving me with no response? Why would you let the shipper do things that are heavy over a six foot fence? Broke a toll I really need and want. Never got to use it one time. No response from Amazon. Please help. 200 is allot of money to be these days.

It works good and easy to use but if you are going to do a lot just spend the money. Works great to use if you are just using it every once in a while. Defiantly made some good stuff.

The whole thing is poorely made and cannot withstand the pressure needed to press rosin. After two presses the whole frame has bent and the whole press is now crooked. Dont buy this press its useless.

ive gotten better results from hair straighteners. its top-heavy and impossible to use without securing it to a table and its just poor quality

Okay overall the machine did its job I only used it two times and the pictures that I posted and I was very careful with the machine read the instructions you know I didn't do too much or put too much pressure on it or anything like that and I noticed like little by little these damages started to occur like when I first got it the screen was kind of already damaged the way it was already and I didn't let that bother me at first but then when I noticed all the other stuff started happening even after the second time of use it was kind of upsetting I mean it did its job but only have the second time of use in the machine kind of does this on me is a real bummer and a let down so is there a way I can please get a replacement or a refund and I can ship it back to you guys maybe y'all can work something out with me send a new one out something that's not bent out of shape I'd really appreciate it like I said the product was great and it did its job it's just the framing structure can't handle the very little pressure I put on the material I was smashingand it did this on me again after second time of use it did this on me so if we can work something out I'd really appreciate it alot

I have seen alot of press companies use cheap materials . Heat controls work great , easy to use. But it bends and flexes way too much ..I am ony 9 uses in and have to build a new frame for the heat coils and press ..frame is absolute garbage

It what it's supposed to but it does not equip to handle the 3-ton jack like it says I had to strengthen up the top and bottom to keep from separating and breaking welds from extracting Verizon from my bud
