The Witness of the Stars

It tells us in the scriptures that Adonai placed the stars and luminaries in the heavens to communicate with us; to teach us. It was not until I read this book that I realized the magnitude of that teaching. I’ve not ever looked into Astronomy much. Just a little here or there. So pretty much everything in this book was a new experience for me. And what a ride!The book is centered on the 12 signs of the zodiac and the 3 associated constellations of each. They start with Virgo and progress from there. What is so amazing to me that even the names that had been given to the individual stars that make up each of the characters tell of the story of the Messiah. And they had been named hundreds, if not thousands, of years before He came to us as our Savior!! Talk about a message in the stars. These constellations each tell part of His story. From the beginning of His ministry till the announcing of His second Advent.If you are at the least bit curious how God chose to speak to His sons and daughters through the stars then you must get this book. I truthfully have to say that the first time through it, I read with my bottom jaw on the table because I was just in constant awe of how perfect this had been put together to tell the story of His son, Yeshua HaMachiach. I can promise you that you will be as amazed as I was.

Before the pseudoscience of astrology the stars in the heavens were known by other names by the ancients to declare the glorious plan of salvation. Starting with virgo, the virgin will give birth, the seed of the woman. Ending with leo, the lion of Juda, Christ the victor. This book shows us that before God created man He wrote his story in the heavens for all mankind to see. Excellent.

Definitely a book for those who seek a deeper knowledge of Divine Council of God as in Psalm 821 God has taken his place in the Divine Council; in the midst of the gods he holds judgment:2 “How long will you judge unjustlyand show partiality to the wicked?

Just getting started. It is a little heavy to read much at one time but has some very interesting things in it. I read his other book Number in Scripture and was fascinated by his information, expecting the same experience with this one.

I'm Studying this along with a paperback book by D. James Kennedy. It will be interesting to make comparisons between the two. There are so many books on this subject, I wanted to keep it simple but still informative.

Wonderful book- some of the technical aspects regarding stars are challenging, but understanding the story of salvation & God's sharing his plan through the stars is comforting. God placed every star & knows each one by name- now I understand how important the placement of each star really is & how the history of stars & constellations reinforce his gift of salvation to us.

This book along with Figures of Speech covers a subject little known to many bible students but which reveals beautiful truths in the Bible. As always the work is comprehensive with EWB.

This is a hidden gem. An older book, so it has been behind the scenes. I guess they want to make money on newer books. Some of the 'predictions' in it are out dated. But just like today, it was trying to figure out what theWord says, given what we have now.

This is an old and interesting book covering the signs of the zodiac, something which I have in the past steered away from because of its pagan roots. Or are they? The author has done considerable research which leads us to believe that the true meaning written in the stars has been lost and corrupted into the astrology charts we have today. Beginning with Virgo (the virgin) and ending with Leo (the lion of Judah) we can see the whole story laid out before us of Christ's birth, the plan for man and our redeeming Saviour and King. The stars truly are a silent witness to this.

The seller was prompt and description accurate. The book itself is fantastic, really opening up a whole new world of the stars and creation. Bullinger is able to explain the consulations and star formasions and show a clear link to the story of creation through to the plan of salvation. I was hooked.

Fascinating evidence for God's plan revealed in His own creation. Makes sense of why the Magi wanted to go to Bethlehem and worship. Great book - highly recommended and a great price.
