So I got to say I love this pulse oximeter. 1 I love panda, 2 it reads fast and and last, well I accidentally put it through the wash twice within 6 month and well it still works like a charm. I’m honestly super surprised it works haha.

My toddler had a history of croup and this definitely helps ease my mind. It gets an accurate read quickly even with little wiggly fingers!

Works on all my kids age 4 months to 10. Easy to use and a quick read.

I originally purchased this for my 1 year old based on reviews here, and based on the recommendation of his doctor to get a home SpO2 finger monitor. It seemed like every time he'd get a respiratory illness, he'd start retraction breathing. Every time I'd call the doctor's office they'd say bring him in NOW - but when we'd get to urgent care, his O2 sat would be fine, and we'd be sent a $300 bill. I wanted something relatively inexpensive that we could test his O2 levels with at home before determining whether or not to take him in.I can't fault the manufacturer for this because it does say in the product specifications that it is meant for 2-12 year olds. I saw many people in the reviews have success here for 1 year olds but on my average sized 18mo, I could not get a reliable reading whatsoever, which is disappointing that I can't use it for its intended purpose. This does work well for my 6 year old, but we just couldn't get it to work with the youngest's little fingers. Still, it's a great tool to keep in my arsenal and I will be hanging on to it. I hope this upcoming cold and flu season when he's 2, he'll grow into it.

I highly recommend every mom have one of these in their medicine cabinet. We first got ours when our son got really sick. He was coughing so badly and I started getting nervous about his oxygen levels, so we ordered this after we were at the doctor's. Knowing that it was just a cold, made us feel better but knowing we had this to keep an eye on his oxygen levels, made us feel even better!
