Great taste. Always take it after my heavy workout days. It has helped me gain muscle and isn't difficult to drink at all. Also mixes really well with water, so you don't have to shake it like crazy to combine the product.

My son swears by the Optimum Nutrition products and upon his research, he found this PRO BCAA with glutamine which is not common with other BCAA products, to be what he was looking for and is quite pleased by what it delivers. The taste is good, fruit punch, and this is his second container. I will recommend this to anyone serious with bodybuilding and working out. It delivers!!

Good product but awful awful awful flavor. Fruit punch tastes like a milky and chalky fruit punch. It's a good product otherwise.

Digestibility of the product is great. That was the main thing I was looking for. Products like Xtend and all the other amino products I tried would run through me during training. Which completely defeated the purpose of using them. I cannot vouch for any added muscular size,strength or endurance directly from the product as I was also on creatine and beta alanine, and I was using it during a phase where I was eating very heavily and making continuous strength and size gains. My training sessions are very high volume and to failure. It seemed that it may have helped with my endurance to some degree, but part of that couldve been because I was drinking 32 oz of water with it, which normally I didnt drink much fluid during training.The ingredient breakdown however is very comparable to other amino products out there. Moden BCAAs seem to have the best ingredient breakdown. As that brand had alot more leucine, which is supposed to be the best amino for growth. If you eat alot then I believe you have that covered anyway, so for this product was just right. The digestability was completely tolerable , price was good and it has comparable ingredients to most of the other brands out there. There are some as mentioned, with more leucine, which are worth trying if you can digest them, but otherwise this product delivers

Tastes great. Probably not necessary to take BCAA, but I do feel I have an easier recovery if I drink this during and after a workout.

Great product, mixes easily and tasted really great, especially for a BCAA powder. Would have given 5 stars if not for the use of artificial sugar. If you don't mind that, then this is an awesome product. For myself i've decided to eat/drink more natural.

Great for my intermittent fasting periods . Since I started taking this product during fasting, I've lost significantly more fat and prevented muscle loss (catabolic state). The only thing I've noticed is this is hard to mix without a blender bottle or with a spoon, but I always have a bottle so it's not an issue for me. I've tried 3 flavors and prefer the fruit punch and peach mango flavors. Excellent product that will take your nutrition to the next level
