MINDCRAFT Unfinished Craft Wooden Wall Shelf with Gift Box (10-Items), Light Cream

I made this shelf for my Grandmother (for Christmas) after Mindcraft asked me to review the kit for my YouTube channel. Full disclosure, I write DIY books but have never purchased or used a craft kit before.......I was a bit skeptical at first. In the end, I actually loved making this cute little shelf. The directions are easy to follow and I learned how to create a faux wood grain (BIG BONUS for someone like me). The faux wood grain tool is top notch and is included in the kit. I'll use it forever. Also, I liked that EVERYTHING you need to make the shelf is included. Now, if you like making things with a kit, this is for you. If you have a friend of family member who enjoys the shabby chic look, this is a terrific gift. It's a useful item AND it's fun to make.

A great little wood craft kit. Everything I need for a fun afternoon of being creative. Can't wait to show my friends how clever I am. And I am going to use that pretty box afterwards to store cards and envelopes.Beautifully presented so would make a great gift.
