This is an excellent product> i have been reading about higher dose melatonin as an antioxidant. When I first took it I was a little hung over ( for a day or two), but then I started feeling better and better. Now, I awake refreshed and even if I am on call and working nights I do very well with my sleep. It gives me energy, and almost a calming effect: I don't jump to every little noise and return to sleep very quickly. I intend to take it long term. I give it 10 stars;)

Have used other Melatonin products, but these have been the best brand I have used. Sometimes, you if you don't need a very deep sleep, you can empty half the powder out. But these are top quality if you are looking for a long and deep sleep. Better than any other competitor in my opinion.

These melatonin were good. I just recently switched though to another generic brand of them.

Very pleased with this brand. Much more effective than another brand I was using.

Haven’t tried it yet as the directions had a label covering them. Have to research and find out how often and long I should take this

The price is affordable. I’ve gotten these locally from a doctor at 3 times the amount. They were the same as the others.
