Just put the phone in this case last night went get out of the vehicle this morning dropped out of my lap hit the ground and shattered the back.

Small scratches all over the screen from just normal daily use. Not durable at all. I don’t feel comfortable having such an expensive phone in such a cheap case.

Sturdy case. Surely designed to protect the phone from drops. Two major flaws in my experience though. 1. It is not Magsafe compatible. So have to remove the case to charge it wirelessly. 2. Screen protector doesn't fit in snugly; there is a minor 1mm gap in the center part of the screen protector and the phone screen. So it makes a soft dab sound when typing a message or email in the night which is annoying. Especially when I wanted to work quietly next to my kid or spouse sleeping peacefully this case is not suitable for such a scenario.

Just received this today. I got the new iPhone 13 Max Pro and I needed a case quick until I can find one I really like later. I saw this and thought it’d protect my cell well. Of course the holidays delayed delivery a day when time was the main reason I bought this case to protect my new phone.The case looks strong and as it will protect well. It’s all around protection EXCEPT for the camera lenses, but I find out that it’s just another design Apple created to cost us more money to protect. A separate accessory is needed to protect the lenses.Aside from that the case is textured on the side for better grip. In my opinion this is the first step to protecting your phone. If you don’t drop your phone then you won’t need your case to protect it, right? So grip on a case is VERY important to me. Abstinence (of the drop) is the best prevention in my book.All the buttons work just fine.The corners have extra thickness for even more protection.The front screen shield fits the screen well. No bubbles and the touchscreen works just fine. The edges are raised around the touchscreen and the camera lenses to better protect them when the phone gets put down on a flat surface.The charging port also has a cap to protect it from dust/debris.If it wasn’t for the holes for the front and rear cameras I would think you could dunk this case in water and keep the inside dry. It seems to have well all-around protection from the initial set-up.There’s just a couple of cons I’ve noticed.First: The cases clear plastic shows fingerprints like no other. Any touch leaves a mark. I had a couple fingerprints on the inside of the case when I received it. It could have came from me, but I tried to be sure NOT to touch the inside of the case. I went to clean my phone as best I could before putting the case on and that’s when I noticed that my phone screen had no fingerprints on it even after I swiped my finger across it, but the case would leave a streak no matter how light I touched it.Second, the cleaning towel that comes with it doesn’t clean well. It wouldn’t clean up the fingerprints, but smeared them instead. I ended up using my t-shirt to clear the fingerprints and then use the lint cloth to clear off anything the shirt left behind. Not an unsolvable issue, but an annoying hassle that will keep happening. Maybe there’s a coating on the phone that prevents fingerprints that could also be applied to cases to avoid this issue. The cleaning towel with this case is no different than those sent with other cases so this is a common issue. I just need to learn to use other cleaning towels and finish with this one. It may be just for lint anyway. I’m not sure.I started thinking this case was incompatible with wireless chargers, but I come to find out that my upright wireless charging station didn’t reach my now longer cell phone. I turned my cell (inside the case) upside down and it charges fine. I also tested it on 2 flat-based wireless chargers and it worked fine on all 3.After examining the front and back CLEAR parts of this case they seem like a thin layer of flexible plastic. The front is expected as you have the touch screen, but the back literally moves when pushed upon. I do not feel that the back of my phone is protected well. I would prefer the hard plastic (TPU, I think) that you cannot see through over this thin clear movable plastic. The sides and corners seem well protected, but not the back.This is my first impression of the case. I would rate it four stars for now. After a drop or two I may change my rating.

El producto está bastante bien, te da la sensación que es seguro, lo único que no me gusto es que la pantalla pierde un poco de sensibilidad, es de aclarar que el producto indica que es recomendable no usar un vidrio templado ya que pierdes sensibilidad pero también te indica que el protector frontal no es igual o mejor que un vidrio templado por lo cual corres el riesgo de que se rompa la pantalla. Para ser honesto hice devolución del producto debido a esta característica.
