Awful, Awful and no refund
I bought this in Oct. It arrived with a broken part on the tripod. It is also incredibly noisy for a video light to the point where it would be completely unusable during an interview. I tried to return the item via the Amazon returns system in Nov. In Jan the item returned back to my door. I've been trying to return it ever since. It is now April. Amazon can't refund me as its third party. The seller has been incredibly unhelpful to the point where Amazon have told me to contact my bank and start a case against them. Literally spent days trying to sort everything. Worst buying experience of my life. Avoid at all costs!
