Honestly I wasn’t expecting much for the money this costs. I figured it could be a nice place holder until I can buy a solid wood one in the future. We got this one delivered. It came in a huge box. It was pretty easy to put together. My wife and I tag teamed it and we knocked it out in less than an hour. It doesn’t feel cheap. It’s sturdy and holds our 55” TV really well with plenty of room to spare. It’s a lot longer than I expected which I’m happy about. The doors slide smoothly along its rail system. It seems to have a solid wood top while the rest is the typical compressed saw dust that you see in budget furniture. It has some nice accents on it though that spice it up a bit. All the pieces went together tight and flush. It seems to be manufactured well for what it is. I’m not disappointed with this purchase. It’s exceeded expectations.

We ordered this as part of our project to finish our basement into a family room. We needed the 70 inch size, which was not an easy size to find. The product was in stock and delivered promptly. There is no wood in this console - all chipboard and masonite. That being said, it looks great, seems to be very sturdy, and has lots of hardware that makes it solid and steady. The rustic wood looks fits perfectly with our "lodge" decor. I also especially like the decorative hardware that makes it an attractive piece of furniture. This requires assembly which gave us bit of a challenge. The kit was well organized, having every piece numbered and every type of hardware in a separate, labeled bag. There are no written directions, just drawings, and each one needed some intense scrutiny to get everything positioned in the right direction. We have done a lot of woodwork and prior furniture assembly, but it took us a full 2 hours (with two people working together) to get it assembled. Just beware of the time requirements. I also recommend having more wood glue on hand since the quantity included in the kit was insufficient. Overall, I would highly recommend this product.

Good quality and looks great

Instructions are very clear and all parts are either lettered or numbers. It makes it easier for two to assemble however it can be assembled by one person. Very satisfied with the quality.

I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy and well-built this piece is! The directions were clear and my teenager and I built it together in about an hour and a half but we really took our time and counted out everything so it could have been quicker I’m sure! The manufacturer included plenty of spare parts as well just in case. Box was well packed with lots of padding, no damage to anything inside. It looks absolutely gorgeous once it’s built (see picture). We have a 65” tv and I think it looks great with that, I don’t think it works with the larger TVs than that proportionately but it certainly is solid enough to hold them if you choose. We were going from a tv stand that belonged in a first apartment of a college student, so this is a huge upgrade for us that we’ve been waiting for for a long time and it really makes the living room more cozy. It’s a perfect height, I do wish it were maybe one inch deeper so we could angle the TV more if we need but I realize many people mount their TV above nowadays. I HIGHLY recommend this product and we will be looking into getting a couple matching shelves for either side from the same company!

Very sturdy, attractive, easy to put together, and exactly what we needed.

Whoever said this was cheap and difficult to put together must not have any mechanical inclination at all . They couldn’t have made it any easier to put to unless they sent a person with it to do it. Every different piece of hardware is indie bagged and lettered as are the pieces. If you follow the instructions it’s a no brainer. I do think they could have zoomed and highlighted a couple pictures to make sure you had the board with the metal on it for hanging the doors. Wasn’t sure I had that right til the end. It is really a well made piece of furniture as far as kits go. And to be quite honest who wants those heavy solid pieces that you can barely move let alone lift. Like the one I replaced. What I like about these is that after a few years you can easily swap it out with the latest and greatest new tv stand.
