Wolves/Coyotes eating your chickens ?
I got these as trip line warning devices. Look up 'how to be sneaky' on Utub. I set these uploaded the ground on a piece of thread that wolves break when they step on or pass over and when these things snap back they drag the bells along the ground which scares the wolves off, we can be heard in the house, then my friend can go out scare the wolves off more with a foghorn, and reset the trip lines usually once a night is all it takes. But you should definitely have these in your bug out bag for survival fishing and proximity sensors. You could even rig these to your doors so if somebody tried to break in to mine got broke the real snapped and dragged a bunch of bells, therefore notifying you of a possible trespasser and possibly scaring them off with the noise if you aren't home.I got these for a friend to use to protect his chicken coop and he says they work great except when he used only one repeatedly it eventually broke. Although, he doesn't know how it broke. It may have been snagged by the wolf and dragged, because the broken one was found away from where it was mounted. These work perfect, but I don't know how long they'll last.Cheap price equals a cheap product so time will tell but since it is a cheap price I would buy them again if I needed to

They work great every time , perfect size, looks good perfect size, and is very sturdy

Kind of cheap
The idea and metal are great but the spring isn’t strong enough and the string should be fishing string or something that won’t ruin in water

Great bug out bag gear.
I purchased these to include in my bug out bag. It is a wonderful little invention that allows you to fish passively while attending to other chores. Just set it, attach it to a tree or other stationary object and leave it. Come back later and collect your fish. Awesome, and very inexpensive, buy several and increase your odds of having a fresh meal for the evening. Wish I had invented this thing.

Check your state laws
If the meausre is ... Have I caught anything yet? the answer is no. mostly becasue in my state these are HIGHLY illegal and only first nations people can use them. And no one wants to get arrested by tree cops on a camping trip. Having said that I do camp off the beaten path not at camp sites (boondocking is legal where i live) so I have deployed them. But it was for a few hours on our last night so I wasnt all that focused on fishing for sustiance. Ill try them more this summer. I like the concept of dropping 3 lines and walking away which is why i bought them

Good product for the price!
These things are a blast! We are using them for “trip wire” reels for paint ball!

All 6 were fully functional
I tested all 6 and each functioned correctly! I am excited to try these if Michigan ever gets cold enough for some ice fishing!
