It was easy enough to just order a replacement
I left one on the roof of my car. The stainless steel survived the tumble to the concrete, but the acrylic lid shattered. It was easy enough to just order a replacement. I still use this mug daily. It will keep a cup of coffee warm for 4 hours, and more if you get a lid that closes. I tried using this mug for whiskey and discovered that an ice ball placed in one of these mugs will last several drinks over the entire night.

Not happy- Would rate a zero
DON'T BUY THIS! I'm a huge rhino enthusiast and collect anything rhino of quality. The mug is sturdy but the rhino part is just a sticker that was already peeling off when I opened the package. Not worth the trouble to return it. VERY disappointing. If the seller sent me a new one to show me that the junk I received was just a fluke I would revise this review.

My husband's new favorite work mug. The guys in his office say it never leaves his hand and he says it's because he's afraid someone will steal it if he puts it down :) He loves it. Definitely recommend!

Great Tumbler
Love this tumbler. I had used a warmer at work to keep my coffee hot, but often it tastes burnt before I finish it. I have been using this and it stays hot and doesn't have the burned taste.

Love that the lid is included
These tumblers are high quality. They are substantial, but not too heavy. Love that the lid is included. An extra purchase with some brands. They are a much better price also. They are Christmas gifts, so I will need to update my review after we use them.

Since I'm not a Y--- fan I wanted a different brand tumbler. As of yet I have nothing negative to say it keeps drinks cold and hot as it should.

Rhino Tested vs Yeti vs Thermite
I have compared this to the yeti and thermite lowball tumblers in a 12 hour test. More tests to come.Observations: Thermite and Rhino have identical looking lids but were kept with the cups they shipped with. Yeti has a different colored plastic and rubber gasket. The Yeti cap also weighed 7 grams more than the other two lids. The Yeti and Rhino tumblers look like they could have rolled off the same line, but they weighed 10g different. The thermite tumbler has a sandpaper feel to it. Not a heavy grit, but it is a different feeling and can see why it would bother some. When I picked up the cups at the 9:45p observation the Thermite cup was warmest outer temp of all. Rhino and Yeti both felt colder but indifferent feeling between the two. They quickly "warmed" up and felt fine in my hand within that 5 seconds. It was noticeably different than the thermite.Notes: My Yeti cup and lid was purchased from an authorized local dealer. The Thermite was purchased Thermite Insulated Lowball Tumbler, 10 oz., Pink and Rhino Premium Lowball Stainless Steel Tumbler By Rhino Pro-Line - Double Wall Vacuum Insulated Body With BPA Free Lid - Ideal For Drinks, Coffee, Beverages & More - Travel Thermos 10 Oz . As good as an abominable snowman.
I would say it is as good as the “other” brand. For some reason once I drank coffee from one of these style cups I haven’t been able to go back. I don’t really know if they do any better at keeping coffee warmer longer, but I like the way they feel.
