The Skeleton Inside You (Let's-Read-and-Find-Out Science 2)

It was easy to read to classroom and it kept the kids engaged.

I ended up getting more books from this series. My first graders have loved learning about the body and these books have been so helpful!

It is nice to see pictures of the body with skin and then bones underneath and showing what they do. Like the hinge of the knee.

My son is very interested in science, and how his body works; so this book was a great choice for him. He really likes it! The book explains is simple but real detail about our bones, and how they work with our muscles and brains to make our body move. Interesting book, my son enjoys it.

I bought this book along with others from the "Let's Read and Find Out Science" series.I find this particular book to be very helpful in explaining to my 5 year old son how our bodies work. It goes into just enough detail to satisfy his curious mind. The drawings are cute and help him follow along when hearing new words for the first time (like ligaments, etc).I love all the books from this series. I find them to be just the perfect length to give a little science lesson, but not too long that my son loses interest.

Great explanations with helpful illustrations. Our 3 year old was able to learn about bones and can now tell you how many bones are in the body!

My grandson was a skeleton for Halloween. He wore the costume and carried the book in a book character parade it school. He was fascinated and learned the names of many bones.

My 6 year old and 4 year old have been interested in skeletons for months (since Halloween) and this book did a great job clarifying that for them. It even referenced Halloween skeleton costumes. I’d definitely recommend this book.

Buon libro di inglese per bambini che comunque hanno un discreto livello di lingua. I concetti sono abbastanza semplici ma le parole iniziano ad essere più complesse. Aiutano molto anche le illustrazioni.

Our nearly 4 year old found this very interesting, so did Mummy & Daddy! It does put in a more child friendly form what your bones etc are for and how they work to keep us all together! It looks like the information it contains will be useful for quite a few years as it is not too babyish, so should last a while. All in all very happy with our purchase at a reasonable price.
