HydroPulse Neo. Multi-Speed Electric Pulsating Nasal Sinus Irrigation System with 30 Sinus Rinse Premixed Packets.

I have been using this product for a while. It’s easy to use. Qualities is great the machine is well built easy to put together. My allergies are bad as they used to be I recommend this product to anyone who has allergies or suffer with congestion it cleared up my congestion very well and having improved breathing. I give it five stars.

Good quality, Works well Easy to use

I love my HydroPulse Neo. It makes nasal washes quick and painless. The flow is adjustable and works well. I did find, that you have to plug it directly into a wall socket for full power. I tried plugging it into a 3 plug splitter, and the flow barely came out. Once I plugged it directly into the outlet, it worked perfectly. I use it daily and mine has held up for a couple years and still going.

I am extremely unhappy with this product. It was delivered the last week of April, 2025. As with most products, one has 30 days to return the product. I’ve used this perhaps a dozen times, and as of June 2, it has started leaking profusely from the bottom with every use, rendering it completely unusable. It’s too late to return this defective product, and I will never buy another NeilMed product due to poor workmanship.

I absolutely love this unit. I highly recommend this product. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars. The unit arrived with a crack in the water reservoir and was missing a seal so was leaking bad. we were able to fix it. Unfortunately we had been remodeling our bathroom and I didn't get a chance to get it set up before the return window. Again if you suffer from Sinise issues I would give this a try NOTE; It be really nice if the next model had a heater for the water tank.

I recently purchased the Neil Med nasal rinse machine from Amazon - What a difference this machine makes for cleaning out your nasal area. for the past several years I have been using the saline nasal sprays to refresh my nasal passages but at an expensive cost and did not work as well. The thing I like about this product is- NO BATTERIES and is very effective for the cleaning process and fast. This product allows you to set how you want your spray to work, pulse or continuous flow with another selection to set the amount of pressure that is comfortable for you. out of all the selections I had to choose from, I feel that this is the top of any selection for an appliance like this. This machine has other pluses than many of the other products available, like using other generic rinse additives, you are not locked in to use only the product for that machine and you can see the difference in price you pay for that option. I am sure you will like this product if purchased. It may take two or three times of use to get the hang of using this machine.
