Delicious!
Well it’s delicious if you like seaweed! We haven’t been able to find this in any of our Asian markets. I took a chance on this brand, and we are very pleased! My husband grew up eating this on rice and he had missed having it! Reminds him of home.

not how I remember it tasting
I've had tsukudani in the past, and I really liked it. This stuff is good, but has sort of a strange 'beef jerky/smoky' taste to it. Not sure if it's the seasonings they use in making it, but it just isn't the same as how I remember.Also, not all of this is uniformly cut. There are some 'big' pieces mixed in with smaller pieces.I was trying to use this as a filling for onigiri (rice balls), but with the bigger pieces, that didn't make it easy.

Very sweet seaweed topping
This topping is great accompanied with good like eggs and vegetables. Not so great with just rice. Incredibly sweet not salty enough.

Good but too small
Tastes good but the jar is way too small, way smaller than the jars at the grocery store. Too expensive for the size.
