Perfect Scale
The remote works fine. The scale is accurate and very thin (only 1 inch).Repeated weighings of the same person shows the same weight.Good price. The remote is complex, but after you learn how to use it, it's very easy to use.

Display is a tad temperamental
You can too easily accidentally enter edit mode for the users. I have frequently tried to just press to save my weight entry and accidentally switched it into edit mode. The display is not as user friendly as I'd hoped. It would be great if the base would also display the weight, so one wouldn't be tied to the separate display.

Fast and accurate
...has more capabilities than I expect to use. It's accurate. I would have liked the time to be settable in a 12 hr format and have the prominence given to room temperature--but I guess you can't have everything.

Hated it!
We could not program it. Several people worked for a long time and couldn't get it to work. We called the company listed and they were helpful for one time, we hung up and it wouldn't work again. Tore up the box and the recycle truck came so couldn't send it back.Went out to Walmart and got one for $20 and it works great. Live and learn?

I'd look for a different scale...
I bought this thing a few years ago when I was losing weight. I thought the bmi etc. features would be great but unfortunately I don't think they are accurate. I've found the weighing to be accurate but you can get on the scale 5 times in a row and get a different readout for bmi every time. I'm 6 feet 195 lbs and fairly athletic and this thing is telling me I have 33% body fat. That's the percentage of an obese person.Recently, the scale has been telling me I'm about ten pounds lighter than I am. Then I get right back on the thing and will consistently tell me the right weight. I have access to other scales so I have a good idea of what I should be weighing.Anyway, between the cumbersome interface with the remote and all the other issues, I'll prob just replace this with a scale that you stand on and gives you your weight without buttons or screens to review.

Didn't find setting up to be real user friendly but ...
Didn't find setting up to be real user friendly but my gradeschool neighbor had it done in a flash. Need I say that I am somewhat behind the times with electronic gizmos?

Don't buy iif you have a pacemaker
An important detail left out of product description and had to return item because my mother has a pacemaker but needed a remote display. The instructions warned not to use, had to return scale. Other than that issue the scale seemed to be fine

Very accurate
I've experienced no problems yet. The satellite type digital readout makes it easy to read your weight and BMI water content and bone density. Because I have it that I level, I do not even need my glasses to read the numbers.
