I ordered another blend a year ago that had a mushroom complex, and it was equal quantities . With this supplement you only get 5K of Turkey Tail mushroom (which is supposed to boost immunity so it's impossible to tell if it works). The chaga and rhe Lion Mane cannot be felt. I know cause I'm taking Everyday Doze which is cappuccino like morning drink with mushrooms, and I can feel them. This supplement - I cannot feel or confirm that it's doing it, or if it does, then it's too subtle. I'm sorry. I love mushrooms and I think I'm going to order Lions Mane on its own next time because I don't think there's enough of it here.
