This bidet seems to work fine although it took me a little longer to install it than it should. After my initial install, there was a (1) water leak coming out of the in-valve connector of the hose. I had to un-install it and added a second washer. Adding a second washer took care of the leak. Adding another wrap of teflon tape did not help. The (2) holder hanger is very loose when hanged on the top brim of the tank. I ended up using 3# adhesive strips and adhered it to the wall. Although the (3) hose is a bit long for our toilet, I am able to accommodate the length. Other than that, it functions well. By the way, I had to use a adjustable wrench to tighten the connection and to position the pressure lever on the T-adaptor.

Giving it two stars because it would have been fabulous had it not leaked like a sieve. We plumbers-taped everything multiple times. Took apart the head to see where the leak was. (It was first coming from the head to cord connection - fixed it with lots of plumbers tape. Then it started leaking from the spray head itself - no way to fix that.) We got to where to use it we'd have to turn the water supply to the toilet on and off every time we used the bidet just to keep from slowly flooding the toilet closet. Not worth it. Buying a different one. Bummer.

This is a very cost effective way to get bidet functionality without having to run electrical or water lines. The items had a heavy high quality feel and it was an easy installation.. Flow is more than adequate and adjustable. Minor concerns were it does effect flow rate to the toilet, slightly, and I wonder how this will feel in the dead of winter.

The bidet leaks. I tried everything I could to stop it leaking and it still leaked, both at the toilet connection and at the water line connection. I even tried plumbers putty in place of the tape provided. I wasted two hours trying to get the thing sealed properly. Don't know what the problem was unless it was the Chinese engineering. Plus, no instructions included.

While bidets are still to gain widespread popularity here in the States, they are highly popular in countries in South America, Europe (Portugal & Italy) and in South East Asia. The concept, in simple words, is using a hose that sprays water towards the bum and gets it all clean. Toilet paper can then be used to dry the area and voila, all set! It did feel very strange the first few times as most of us have grown up using toilet paper rolls. However, in my opinion, using a bidet has arguably given me a more cleaner feel after doing my business than toilet paper ever did.Coming to this bidet, it is definitely a well made assembly that is easy to put up even for first time users. The spray part of it is steel and is very sturdy in the hand. The hose is flexible, well made and long enough to fit almost every setup. There are no instructions that come with the actual product but youtube is full of guidance videos for similar bidets. I did have to use additional tools as the water pipe connections in my household were quite tight. This product comes with plumbers tape and washers that are a must use to get a leak-free experience. Even though by the looks of it, it appears that the assembly would work flawlessly with simple installation, kindly take it by experience that the tape and washers are almost a must use here. The water pressure on this is quite good and am gladly using it on a daily basis now and recommend all prospective buyers to give it a shot; you might end up never going back to toilet paper as the primary cleaning agent.I received this toilet spray shower/bidet at a discounted price/complimentary in order to evaluate and review. I purchased the product with the intention of using it as a cloth diaper sprayer. The product is made of seemingly high quality materials and chrome coated. The product feels strong and looks nice. I had an issue with the hose while installing... The nut securing the hose to the tank broke. I contacted the seller, received a very timely response and received a new hose in the mail just a few days later. Top notch customer service! I am very happy with this purchase.

This comes will all you need to install the hose. Even comes with tape for the pipes. Easy to install great for cloth diapers.
