I have ordered from one time before and was completely satisfied. But this time when I opened the package and removed the item the hooks were tangled into a giant birds nest. I spent about an hour getting one piece out then I decided it was going to be as easy to just clip all the line and and put new line on the hooks...not! They had some kind of glue on the hooks and line which made very difficult to get them clean. I should have ordered the ones without the hooks but I wanted to save some time and effort. I will never order from elfishesdesign again.
