All the Lactation specialists and nurses in NICU recommended this because I wasn't producing enough milk to feed my baby. Unfortunately I can't leave an accurate review because I think it's my body that just didn't want to produce it (due to PCOS and other factors) not that it didn't work. So the product didn't work for me, but not because it doesn't work, because my boobs don't work! I was told by highly trained and compassionate people that this supplement was a game changer for MOST woman.

This worked for me after taking 1 pill! I was pumping 5oz from both sides & my supply dropped to barely 2 oz after having to work extra hours & missing 1 pump every day for 2 weeks but now I am pumping almost 9 oz each side for 18 oz per pump! This stuff is incredible with my specific foods and drinks I supplement in with it for milk supply. Not all supplements are a one for all but it worked for me! I haven’t tried Legendary Milk brand supplements so I can’t compare these to anything else.

I have had a rough breastfeeding journey. My breast did not grow during pregnancy, and I had a severe delayed case of my milk coming in. I have tried many different things to try to improve my milk supply. My doctor recommended a few supplements I could try, and they have not worked for me including this one. Unlike the other ones, this one has caused me a lot of discomfort. I kept taking it because I thought the discomfort meant something was happening. I had a constantly engorged feeling with less milk. I also wasn’t having good letdowns. I tried to increase my lecithin but it wasn’t enough and I was still uncomfortable. I quit taking this 3 days ago. The engorged feeling has subsided but I still have very sensitive nipples which I hope goes away soon. I saw improvement with my letdown today too. This may work for someone else, but this was my experience. I am now at peace with just accepting that I have what I have and supplementing formula.

These worked. I bought them before I even had my son, just in case. For 3 weeks my milk supply was fine. Then my son started eating way more out of nowhere and I blew threw my entire freezer supply and needed to increase what I was currently supplying from the boobs. These started working within a day and I am very happy. The only thing I’d say is that they are a bit expensive for the sized bottle and amount of pills you get. It’s easy to blow through an entire bottle quickly.

Tokyo boost lactation, for two months. Great product for the price & quality is great. However, it did not boost milk supply. I can't knock the manufacturer for that but just putting it out there. Try it, it's so cheap you may as well as you may be lucky.

i've taken gaia lactation support blend, motherlove blend which helped a bit. the only product that highly increased my milk supply was lactiful, i tried one bottle,but i wasn't going to spend another $100 on the second one. i decided to order some of the components of lactiful separately. i bought goat's rue in caps, alfalfa, and shatavari ( which is not part of lactiful blend). after about 24-36 hours my milk supply went up to this point that during the nursing i had 2 or 3 letdowns, my brest were fuller. i almost finished my second bottle of shatavari and goat's rue, i'm buying more today. i don't use fenugreek,this herb makes me gain weight and slows down thyroid function which in my case is under active since years. goat's rue, shatavari and alfalfa is my blend for more milk.

This is the only supplement recommended to me by a breastfeeding medicine doctor for low supply. It has Goat's Rue in a high enough amount to make a difference (versus some of the other blends out there that just have a little Goat's Rue in them). So don't waste your money on other supplements, go straight for this brand and only this supplement!
