Confessions: The Game of Secrets & Lies. Probably The Most Awkward Party Card Game You Will Ever Play

Totally boring. I thought this was the same game I saw them playing on Real Housewives once. But I guess it wasn't the same, anyway was a total snooze fest and no one wanted to play it after a game. We just didn't enjoy it.,

It’s fun, but gets redundant, unless you’re drinking lol

This game reminded me of a game my parents used to play with their friends called A Question of Scruples. Only this one is more adult oriented with the right group of people. I played this with a group of friends who thought we knew each other (and found out differently!!!). The only suggestion I would have would be that the voting cards be put in a separate sleeve or packed on the other side of the spacer when shipped so they are easier to separate at the start.

This game is a welcome addition to our game night, and we had a blast playing it. It is easy to explain and understand how to play the game. It can be a quick game (just three rounds), or you can play more rounds if you want. There are plenty of prompt cards, so replayability should not be too much of an issue, although the guys that created this are already working on expansions.You might learn some interesting things about your friends, or you may learn how well your friends lie. Either way, you are going to have fun doing it. I highly recommend giving this game a go. I also highly suggest that this game be played with friends you do not mind sharing your secrets. Think twice before playing with parents and children. In fact, it's probably not suitable for kids anyway.

Just got a chance to play this last night. Game played rather well and the rules were pretty straight forward. The scoring system I thought was better than some other party games like CAH, and prevents each game from dragging on too long. Played with three other people, which was fine. Admittedly though I think it would probably be better with six or more, and would definitely work well with a mix of friends and casual acquaintances so it might be harder for everyone to figure out if you are lying or telling the truth. All in all though was pretty fun. Can't wait to play again.

I love this game! I'm a partier who always hosts. I have a tub full of drinking games as bust this out to really get the drinks flowing. Do not play this with family! You will learn things and share horrors and look at eachother differently. It's not a good party games if lots of commotion is going on and better as a sit down. Overall thumbs up to dirty minds she those with a sense of humor! Don't buy it if your a prude cry baby.

I attended a friend's holiday party and ended up playing the game with a pretty large group (about 13/14 or so if i remember correctly). The game was a hit! There were more than a few belly laughs, as well as some raised eyebrows. Players were a mix of friends and strangers, and the dynamics between eveyone was interesting for all involved. Talk about an icebreaker... At the end of the night everyone commented on how much fun they'd had and thanked me for bringing the game.

A good party game.

This was good for breaking the ice when a group of 10 of us got together for a fancy dress party. I just went through the cards ahead of time and took out the depressing ones or the really bad ones!At first we each drew cards and answered our own question but then we found it was more fun to have everyone answer the same question. Had a lot of laughs!

Really fun and activates the mind as you have to think of a convincing story
