It's counter-intuitive to think a pitch black paste and can lead to whiter and healthier teeth. It looks terrifying while you are doing it and you will absolutely think for a minute that you were duped into permanently staining your teeth. But then, you’ll rinse your mouth and brush as usual and notice that your teeth are not only white again, but possibly whiter! Do not purchase this product if you are expecting toothpaste that has artificial flavor, color and foaming like you receive from conventional toothpastes and teeth whiteners. We do not include a long list of additives with unpronounceable names. Natural products like this often have limitations. Conventional teeth whiteners are risky! Procedures to lighten teeth performed in dental offices or at home with over-the-counter preparations use chemical bleaching agents to remove stains. They can damage your teeth and gums, sometimes severely. Commercial teeth whiteners are not regulated by the FDA. That means manufacturers can put just about anything in them, even ingredients that are harmful. Gum irritation, tooth sensitivity, bluish coloring, and uneven whiteness are common side effects.

Excellent product, superior customer service.
I've only used this once and I could tell a noticeable difference in the color of my teeth. It brushes in easy and the little spatulas make it very easy to apply.They did send me an email the day it arrived inquiring to make sure that it arrived safe and sound. They explained they had feedback on their packaging that the two leaked together and created a mess and they had addressed their seal so it shouldn't happen, but made it clear that they would send a new one if it had. My two sides were separated perfectly so I'd say the new package worked great.

Full of mold after short time
This stuff way pretty good until I opened it and it was full of mold. I completely wasted my money and the seller/company never answer me about a refund. Also this is very very messy so I had to keep it in the shower- which it says you can do on the instructions but I’m assuming that is why it became moldy- I’d buy the one in the tube

What a Mess!
I would give this no stars if I could. The product was leaking liquid charcoal before I even opened it. I am extremely disappointed. Upon opening the lid I can see that the seal isn't on all the way. After I removed the rest of the seal it is clear that the charcoal is all up in the clay's business. What a mess!

Good product, insufficient container
As many other reviews left for this product, I saw some mixing of each component within the container. It wasn't too bad, so I would only take away one star for that. It seems to be a problem with the container's dividing wall itself being too short or the lid not having supplemental sealing properties, such as a rubber or foam insert inside the lid. The bentonite clay side seems a little under filled, as well.

After only 3 brushes, my teeth are at least 4 shades lighter than starting. I'm impressed!It did mix a little in transit, but I'm not concerned since both are going in my mouth sooner or later. Good stuff, I will buy more

*UPDATE* I'm updating to 5 stars since the only reason was the packaging but I received an email from neutripure letting me know they have fixed the problem and are mailing me out a new tub Monday. Excellent customer service!! Great product!Got this today. Tried it out and I love it. I can see a slight whitening already. The 2 where mixed but just a tiny bit and no explosion when I pulled the foil off. Excited to see results after a few days!

Great results from this product. However there was some mix between the clay and charcoal.

Clay/Sand scrub for your teeth!
When I opened the jar the two items were mixing together. This product was like trying to brush with clay and sand. I threw it out.
