The flavor is awful. Energy wise it gives a good burst. But doesn't give good pumps in my opinion.

For a prewoekout, the flavors aren't bad. My boyfriend in particular haaaates pre workouts due to flavoring and this one is one of the only he doesn't mind.Stamina and energy are top rated, very few I've ever taken (and I'm a stim junkie, so I use the strong ones) can match or exceed this.You do get the itch, but thats fine - to me, that tells me it's starting to set in. But it's not insanely strong.It also kicks in pretty quickly, within a few minutes. And I can go to the gym and have energy for a good 3 hour workout - most don't last an hour.Highly highly recommend.Energy: 9/10Longitivity: 8/10Flavor: 7/10

Got this and it was completely solid. The list was sealed so no issues of being opened. IT was just solid - couldnt scoop it if i wanted to. And it looks like i can't return it - never again.

The product provided a great pump and tastes delicious. The company also shipped really fast and it arrived sooner than expected.

I was excited to try this based on the reviews, but sadly it did not live up to the hype. I personally felt nothing on this. No pump, no energy and the container arrived very lumpy, not powdery. I would not recommend this product.
