I was happy to receive my product but when I opened it to use it, I discovered I could not adjust the size for my medium charger because it is stuck at the smallest setting.

I ordered the cord winder for my 30w MacBook charger but when I went to put it back together it broke immediately. But after a quick chat with their customer service the product was promptly replaced. One thing that could have been better with the new one is I felt like I needed to put a little lubricant on any of the surfaces that slide when you wind it to get it to work nicely, but that’s not too bad for me to do on my own.

Give me a break.

It was strangely difficult to find one of these that fits the chord for my 2015 macbook air, but this is perfect. It was super easy to use and keeps my chords from getting tangled (and it's easier to store them).
