The Difference between the XP-60 and the FastFlash 60
I have a few Bikes so I ordered both the Fast Flash and XP-60 simply because they do not explain the difference in the two, so I will do it here. The XP-60 will allow your break light or any light to flash when activated. The Flash sequence is slightly different or seems to be slightly different than the Fast Flash. The XP-60 has 1 quick flash followed by 3 quick Blinks, followed by 3 slightly longer blinks then a nice steady on. The XP-60 is in no way a frantic flasher, it is noticeable and will get the attention of the people behind you, just not startle them. The Fast Flash, is just That a FAST very Fast Flash. Activate and it is very Rapid (2-3 times faster then the XP-60) 3 burst, then 3 flashes much like the XP-60 first the flashes, then it Stays a strong steady break light. The Fast Flash is a Frantic attention getting flasher!!!! It will wake people up behind you!!! It will annoy them for sure if they are following you in steady traffic.Installing them was very easy, Follow the fire harness from your tail light to where it connects into the main wire harness, you will be able to unplug your tail light there. You should have 3 wires, power, ground and break light. Power is for the constant on part of the tail light, the break wire is the one your looking for as well as the ground. The Flasher unit is clearly marked In and out on both sides and has 2 wires on both sides. Hook the (+) to the power wire and the (-) to the ground. Turn on the key to the bike and your light should look normal. Squeeze the break and you should get the flashing sequence before it stays a steady on bright break light. I add two small LED marker lights below my plate, so they will flash in and stay steady on while my break light will operate normally. So you can add up to 60 Watts of lights with these little boxes, or a bunch led lights (because they use almost no power) The whole wiring process is super simple and will take just a few minutes if you are just using your break light. If you are adding lights like me, then of course it will take a bit more time. They do supply you with some really strong double back tape to mount this tiny box where ever you have room. The box size is very small, maybe 1/2 to 1/3 credit card and 1/3 inch thick. it is smaller than it looks, so you will have plenty of places to locate it, even on race bikes. They work well, I will post a couple of videos when I get them both hooked up on the bikes. Again I added two marker LED's to my bikes, which I purchased from Superbright LED.com. They also sell here on Amazon.

Works as advertised, Increase your visibility to traffic.
This unit works as expected with LED's or incandescent bulbs. Installation is straight forward if you can use a multimeter and have a wiring diagram. I installed mine on my 12' shadow 750. The unit is smaller than it looks, fits under my seat along the frame rail quite nicely. Wires are quite small and conductors are thin, soldering is definitely recommended over crimping on any application.

IT GETS THE JOB DONE!
Works perfect. Installed on my third break light and still going strong after one year. Installation was easy. The instructions that came with it weren’t the best. But there are plenty of videos online on how to install the relays. Great price for a great product. It’s stopped a lot of people from getting to close to my vehicle when making stops! Everyone needs this for there car or motorcycle it could save your vehicle or your life!!

INTERIM REVIEW - Did not work
Installed this on a 2003 Subaru Outback third brake light. Actual installation did not take that long (after I finally found my crimping tool). Instructions are adequate, but completely unexplained is why the negative lead from module out is optional. I used it anyway.Good news - the third brake light worked.Bad news - the third brake light did not flash. At all. No matter how many times the brake pedal was pressed.I then disconnected the negative lead from module out. No change.I sent the seller an e-mail via Amazon (no other way to contact them). I will update this review on how fast they respond, what they are going to do, and if the replacement works.By they way, the adhesive strip they supply is carp. I have some actual 3M strips I would use if this thing ever works.UPDATE - NEXT DAYAmazingly I received a response from the seller that evening, and it was a Sunday! BUT, he wanted me to measure the voltage at the input with the brake lightt not active. OK -- I don;t have a volt meter, only a little tester that glows a light if 12v is present and he was looking for 1-3.5 volts!I replied that I didn't have a tester and since the brake light worked fine, except it didn't flash, obviously the unit isn't working. He then replied rather quickly with the same instructions and said that some cars have a small voltage in the system even when the pedal isn't depressed and that could be the problem. HUH? Listing says it's universal. By that time I had removed the unit as I needed the car for the next day and did not want it to somehow fail.I returned it as defective. Not going to get a replacement.

Works well, once you connect correctly
Ease of installation is variable. It depends on one's level of expertise as well as what sort of vehicle you are installing it on. I installed it on a 2017 Triumph Trophy SE. It has an integrated LED tail light assembly. On my initial effort I missed that there was another, blue wire in addition to the black & red. Once I realized how the setup worked,, I was GTG. But a total novice might find it frustrating, at least initially.I was also pleased with the size of the unit. I didn't pay any attention to the size when I ordered it. so it was a pleasant surprise how small it was. It made the installation easier because I didn't need to dig the rest of the harness out of the bike for a better storage spot. The results were better than expected. When they say the first three flashes are fast, they mean it. I kind of wonder how much incandescent bulbs would slow the effect, but with an LED setup it looks pretty crisp.I'd do it again.
