Battery holds a charge and appears to work well. Have to give it a few cycles to confirm 1600mAh capacity so time will tell.

Not compatible with standard nikon battery charger
After using this battery in the standard Nikon M24 charger, the charger now no longer charges any batteries, even the original M24 EN-EL 14A that came with the camera. Upon closer inspection the power requirements are higher for this battery and it must have overloaded the charger. As a professional who depends upon my camera batteries to work to make a living I am infuriated with this misleading product as I now have appointments to cancel while I order a replacement charger. This product should not be listed as compatible with the D3500 Nikon charger.
