I order a pack of these a few times a year. This is the best price I've found for these furnace filters. Good quality and they last for six months. Easy to install, and they seem to collect a lot of dust. They are always black when I replace them.

Excellent furnace filters. They are expensive but last about 6 months before needing to be changed.

As far as I know this is "top drawer". Easy to install, fits great, does what it is supposed to do. Will buy again

Good quality HVAC air filter. Nice that its shipped compressed saving on space. Also, disposing of the filter is easier since it collapses to a smaller size. Prefer it much better than to the standard box style filters. The fitment is spot on with the AprilAire OEM filter box.

Before I ordered the AprilAire 416, I checked with the company that installed our attic unit. If the filter is too dense, it can burn out the fan that blows the air to the filter. Fortunately, it would be okay to install it. I replaced my 413 with the more robust 416 and noticed there was less dust in the house. It does such a good job that you really should replace the 416 every 6 months rather than every 12 months.
