If you want SOFT more than SUPPORTIVE, this is perfect
I bought this for use in my car but returned it as it wasn't what I expected. The foam was SUPER soft, but it has a small motor for vibration that you could feel through the soft foam and that made it uncomfortable. The vibration was crazy loud on high and noticeable on low. I returned it for a refund. (Also, it looked like it was a return already.)But...I loved the soft foam, and I can't find anything else like it. I also loved the size and the way it supported the sides of my back as well as the back.If I could do it over, I'd keep it, take out the motor, and fill the space with foam from the worn-out pillow I'm trying to replace. I actually tried to buy another one once I realized this, but Amazon has removed it from their site, and this is the only place I could find it.If you want SOFT more than SUPPORTIVE, this is perfect.

Horrible, just a vibrator not a massager!
Horrible product not even a massager at all just has a small motor that spins in its spot on the back side causing slight vibrations!! Doesn't hold its shape either so does not serve any purpose.

Great for lower back pain and people with bad posture!
This is a great product. I have had minor lower back and neck pain/soreness for the past few years which was intensified during a car accident when someone hit me from behind really hard. It does not help that I have bad posture when I sit but having this on my work chair reminds me to sit straighter and the vibration mode feels great too. It definitely has helped a bit with the pain which is not as bad anymore.

Feels Good
This massager requires 2 D cell batteries. It has a high and low speed. It curves in a little more in the back and the basic lumbar support cushion that I own. This makes feeling the massage a little more difficult; that is why I gave it 4 stars. In fairness, I am a plus size person so a more average person might get a different effect. What I can feel of the massage motion is very nice and relaxing, especially after a long day of work.

Cheaply Made
Very poor quality product. The wires disconnected/broke from the battery pack after one 3 minute use. The pillow foam was split under the fabric cover. The pillow was returned.
