They will schedule a delivery appointment with you to make sure someone will be there to sign for the delivery. Inspect the delivery boxes for damage, crushing, dents, creasing etc. before signing the delivery receipt. The driver will not wait as you unpack inspect the item unless there is visible damage to the package. If you see obvious damage to your shipment carton, you may ask the driver to open the carton to inspect contents with you. If damage is found, you may refuse the shipment and write, "Refused due to damage," on the delivery receipt. Keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your damage notations and contact us. Manufacture warranty: If the frame of your patio furniture should fail structurally due to defect in workmanship or material within 5 years from date of purchase or the finish should fail due to defect in workmanship or material within 3 years from date of purchase, we will repair or replace it (at our option) without charge. If there should be any repairs or replacements, customer needs to pay for the shipping fees. Cushions are warranted for a period of 1 year. This warranty does not cover the failure of furniture used for commercial purposes or failure by misuse, acts of nature or improper care.
