Kopa Haiku 60 Large Nasal Strips, Anti Snoring, Relieves Nasal Congestion, for Better Breathing & Good Sleep

I bought these strips hoping to improve sleep quality rather than prevent snoring, and they made me feel like I had such clearer airways to breathe through and contributed to the quality of my sleep and how clean and clear my nasal passages felt on waking.They are very adhesive, I even had to give it 4/5 stars on comfort as on one or two occasions I had to really give it some effort to remove it from my nose, although not painful it was mildly uncomfortable. Perhaps I stuck it down too hard, but it certainly won't come off during sleep which is a concern I had before trying them out.I continue to use the products pretty much every night unless I forget to. It is tough to say for sure but I feel my overall breathing in the day and at night has improved in how deep it feels even without the strips. I would highly recommend giving this product a go.

Adhesive could be a bit stronger comes off in the night sometimes. Most of the time they stay fixed but every now and then one not quite strong enough. For the price though very good.

Have to admit I was somewhat sceptical when I ordered these but needed to try and give my wife some respite from my snoring - however both my wife and are are amazed at how effective they are - completely stopped me snoring (my wife is very pleased!) and also helps me feel I can breathe more easily through my nose as I’m falling asleep which I’m sure has helped me sleep better. Took a couple of nights to get used to the sensation of wearing them but now forget I’ve got one on - obviously may not work as well for everyone but if you have a snoring issue I would strongly suggest trying these as they appear high quality and stick well throughout the night

I have historically used Breath Right nasal strips but find that they occasionally leave sticky deposits on the nose. I thought I would try these as an alternative. Unfortunately, they are of little use to me as they frequently come unstuck from my nose during the night and become ineffective. I also found that the peelable paper (to expose the adhesive) on the back was cut very poorly and found them really difficult to put on. I also found that they were too weak and did not hold open my nasal passages very well. If like me you need something strong in both the adhesion and in the springiness of the strips then these are not for you.

I Always stuggled with sleep, constantly waking up throughout the night because of always being congested in my nose. this being paired with a busy lifestyle really started to catch up with me feeling constantly fatigued and having a bad impact on my overall health. Since using these i can breathe fully throughout both of my nasal passages and my sleeping has improved dramatically which has also improved my all round health and wellbeing. can not recommend these enough for anyone whos always congested when sleeping, maybe even in cases of sleep apnea!

I thought, what could possibly go wrong with a simple sticky strip, providing it was sticky enough to stay in place, which all the reviews here led me to think it was. It most certainly is not. Time & again, I've found that one or other side of these strips has lifted off during the night, rendering it completely useless. The stickyness is no where near adequate.If you compare these strips to the reasonably priced ones you buy in a popular High Street shop (rhymes with Bilko), they are clearly poorly manufactured. The plastic strip itself is not nearly as stiff as the High Street shop variety. The stickyness is poor by comparison. And I think crucially, the High Street shop variety uses a sticky pad only on the left & right side - there is no sticky pad in the middle which means, unlike these poor strips, they can lift up off the bridge of your nose & move around just a tiny amount which helps them stay in place & open the sides of your nostrils. These strips are just a uniform weak gummy glue along the length of the strip, meaning it sticks to the very bridge of your nose rather than lifting & opening the nostrils.You would think a sticky nose strip would be simple to get right. These strips are garbage compared to those you can buy as cheaply in High Street shop rhyming with Bilko.

Opens up nasal passages well. Gives a good nights sleep. Adhesion can last for two nights but rarely three, 'though probably only designed for one night anyway! Some itching under the strip, but that's probably me not the strip. I went for large, will try medium next time - will buy again!

The strips are such a simple and effective breathing help.I have used for some time and I have found much more comfortable than insert into nostrils
