Great product

This elliptical is a Fabulous machine. It is easy to use and it is working wonders for my mobility since it arrived 4 weeks ago. I use it 2 or 3 cycles/programs each day. It runs for 30 minutes each program. I had lost a lot of my mobility after I had surgery because I was in pain and not moving. ( 78 y/o) This machine has me up and walking well again. It helps my whole body functioning with getting my circulation working. After watching a lot of videos I chose this model. I knew I would not use a peddle machine if I had to work it myself. I knew I would never hold up for a half hour or an hour on my own steam. It does provide that manual operation though if you want to use it like that. I enjoy my workouts and can read while the machine does the work. If I did not own this elliptical today I would definitley buy it. It is a life saver to me. And it is quiet! ....Update here on March 26, 2024. I am still using this machine and it is doing more for me that I imgiined it would. My over all circulation is good. I feel light. My blood pressure is now right on target. It was mildly high before using this elliptical.

My Doctor's said it is not good for me. Great Product however I have Medical Issues.

UPDATE! 6/12/25 My wish came true. I was contacted by the vendor, Coomat, with an offer to send me a new unit free. I was skeptical but I received a brand new unit. That's what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hopefully, this unit will hold up better. Cannot totally recommend the manufacturer Ancheer but I can definitely recommend COOMAT! Initially setup to exercise a broken fibula in my right ankle. Used it daily to help flex the ankle and help with recovery of the tendons and nerves. Kept using daily because it helped with the pain as well. Then it started making loud squeaky noises on the right side. I lubricated the roller bearings and it helped for a few days. Now it makes so much noise that it is not usable anymore. Worked OK for 4 months! Maybe the vendor will offer to repair or replace the right pedal assembly. Shipping costs would be prohibitively expensive to return the entire machine for repairs.

The three prong spoke that the pedal's steel shaft connects to broke just after a year of use. Apparently, this is an ongoing problem since a few others have also reported this happening. That 3 prong spoke appears to be pot metal cast, which by nature is somewhat weak and brittle anyway (not good for high stress things). It's a shame that they used this material there since the steel shaft connecting the peddle is made of good steel and the bearings on that shaft are very good too. Buyer be aware, with this material being used in a high stress area, it's gong to fail sooner or later with a lot of use. Oct 28,2025: well. . . bought another one last April hoping it would last. It lasted just 7 months and broke in exactly the same way as before and as that other reviewer's picture showed again. With this one I was able to peer inside and get a good picture. LOL, I must be insane expecting a different result with something that's made so poorly. Nov 15, 2025 Update, changing from 1 star to 3 as the company responded in a timely way to resolve the problem. Since it was under 12 month warranty, I was asking for either a replacement or a refund, but they offered to send me a replacement part if I was willing to do the work myself. To save time, I agreed since I'm a pretty good handyman. The broken "crank" (as they call it) wouldn't come off the interior shaft as they had instructed using a large steel punch and mallet. So, I had to improvise using a vice grip and it worked really well (see pic) in removing the crank and the broken piece off the pedal's shaft. Once I got the part, it was an easy installation. Now we'll see how long either side will last.
