It's almost like someone designed this product without ever testing it first. The water stream does not shoot upwards to clean the bum, it shoots forward towards the rim of the bowl. Splatters water everywhere without doing its job. I was going to put this in my guest bathroom but if someone doesn't know exactly how to sit properly on this, the water will shoot directly between your legs and go right over the bowl making a huge mess

the only thing i didnt care for was that i was shipped a used/returned/demo. there were marks on the product where it had been fastened to a seat before which is fine and i'm all for not just throwing away functioning items i just feel like it could have been cleaned first (there were marks on it from rubber washers being over tightened) or sold with the warning it was a return or refurb. it works fine (so far day one) but yeah no stars off for that but just mentioning it b/c you might want to do a closer quality inspection on future resells

I've bought several bidets over the years. This one had the worst spray by far... plus, in retrospect the easy valve is a bad idea since people, kids and pets can easily bump it and spray water all over the bathroom... and if left on, would flood the house

It is one of the best bidet in our houseI highly recommend this specific product

My son installed this for me and have used it every flush since. The water pressure is good and it sprays in the right spot's. My recommendation is if ya wanna stay fresh you should get this.

Watch out for children, this could be easily be played around.

Easy to install, good design and practical but unfortunately the screw metering system is different for my country, as it wasn't 1/2 or 3/8, I wasn't aware of that.
