These holders are excellent and a must have if you have a lot of drill bits.I wanted all my bits in a carry case so when I work away from home I don’t need to anticipate what I might need, or be stuck when I break a bit, or carry them in a jar or loose in a box.They hold bits firmly but it’s not a struggle to insert or remove bits.The length allows you to add several oversized buts together by spacing them. (See countersinks, step, and spade bits.) I’m glad I bought the 12 hole version vs. smaller configurations.They are too small for the large counter sink bits on the lower left side so I modified another holder for them.FYI - There isn’t enough material in the holders to drill out the openings for larger shaft diameters. So no fitting larger bits, forstner bits, etc.I now have all my bits organized and ready for work anywhere. These are surprisingly good. Over the years I have amassed hundreds of bits of all different kinds, lately making it hard to keep them organized. These holders have helped a lot.

Fits the standard size bits. Holding up well. They are a lot more organized than a bunch of loose bits. You can also trim off the unused holes if you want.

Item works great.They seem a bit loose but if you think about it, you really don't want it any tighter or it would be a pain in the butt to work with your bits.The spacing is too close for the larger bit holders with external magnets but there are enough spaces that you can just skip a space for them.Use Hot glue if you want to keep the holders together.There is a smaller hole on the other side that can be used to your advantage if you have double sided bits or just a different way to store your shorter bits. Just place the drive side into the holder and it will protrude through the other side.I would recommend these to others.

I purchased this rail set to organize my several collections of screwdriver and specialty bits, that have been kept in various containers, which were hard to find when needed. With this set, I have all the bits mounted on the rails and kept in a single container for easy reach and identification.Since purchased, I have been using them on the jobs regularly, and found that the plastic rails will wear-out over daily usages and will not hold the bits as securely since they were made out of soft plastic. I have since replaced them with professional tool organizers.In summary, this rail set is recommended for DIY and home-owner occasional usages, but not for professional usages where time is money.9/18/2023 Update: Rather than having them sitting in a pile collecting dust, I nailed them to the side of the workbench to hold the set of precision screwdrivers. Also, downgraded to 3 stars.

Securely holds your bits with ease of removal that surpasses other brands.

Does exactly what I needed. I had a tiny pot full of loose bits and this organized and contained them. No frills, just simple. Holds them well, nothing slipping out and not too difficult to insert either.

I like the insertion force on these quarter inch hex drive organizers. It’s not too tight that you mess up your fingers trying to get them out and it’s not too loose where they fall out.

These grasp the bits well. They don't fall out. Happy with purchase.

Needed 3 of these for carrying bits in a portable toolkit I have. They are described as plastic but are more rubber like and very flexible. They hold the bits very snugly. And lots spare!

As mentioned in some other reviews, these are made of hard plastic, not flexible or rubbery at all - if your bits aren't a perfect size match they won't fit (too big) or they will simply fall out (too small).Inexpensive and good for organising, would be 5 stars if made of a more pliable plastic or rubberised compound.

Works as advertised. The bits are held firmly. No chance of them falling out.You do have to pull a bit to remove them but not so much that it is troublesome.Recommended.
